We are excited to be performing @highballaustin. Rumor has it that when Jesus left Chicago, he was really bound to The Highball. Come one. Come all. #HaysFamous.

You may take the teacher out of the Math classroom, but you can't take the math out of the teacher. Mrs. Miranda, my AP, going back to her Algebra days and reviewing writing equations from a graph.

In a totally unrelated note; it is quite satisfying to clean and put fresh strings on a guitar after a few gigs.

In a strange turn of events, I am now a stock photo for an education article. I didn’t even know this was a thing. If this teaching gig doesn’t pan out, I guess I can become a stock photo model.

Congratulations to the class of 2022. It was great seeing some familiar faces on the Jumbotron. Faces I haven’t seen since they were in 8th grade. I was happy to learn you made it. Yes, even you, little troublemaker. Go forth and conquer the world.

Saw a student with a cool Slayer shirt. Obviously, I get excited and start singing Raining Blood. The kid looked confused. She didn't know who Slayer was. Tomorrow, I'm bringing my Bluetooth speaker.

Student drew me. What do you think? I think I look great as a 2 dimensional cartoon.

Just watched the live-action serios Cowboy Bebop. It was entertaining. Even though I haven’t watched the original anime, I’m sure fans of the original series have opinions.
