Spending time in Pacific Grove these days, I get to see these butterflies on their migration.
Today is #GivingParksday, a day to support CA state parks. They provide critical habitats to wildlife. Any donation to @calparks will be matched up to $50K! 🦋 ow.ly/sWmK50UfjMG
Guess I'm one of the crazies? Visualization I helped adapt & animate w @serenedesiree & @timfh is on @ericweinstein's homepage & was shared on one of the most important episodes of @joerogan ever. Start @ 2h16m27s to get the full scoop, here for my work: youtube.com/watch?v=wf0_nMaQ…
And, apparently, @SamHarrisOrg youtube.com/watch?v=sI1Xwre4… @ericweinstein will @AndrewYang be coming to The Portal? :D
Listened to @AndrewYang for 5 hours this morning. One of the rare people now where more time with them is more fruitful. He's got depth, deep knowledge & interesting ideas @RubinReport youtube.com/watch?v=PlwG-XVB… @benshapiro youtube.com/watch?v=-DHuRTvz… @joerogan youtube.com/watch?v=cTsEzmFa…
Super cool photos of Jupiter were released today. Got me thinking: ever wonder why Jupiter has stripes? Other gas giants are more uniform, which would make sense. Here's the best explanation I found on why (along with an AMAZING animation): astroquizzical.com/astroquiz…
Listening to @SamHarrisOrg 's podcast with @rickygervais . Two things worth noting: (1) Searching "Ricky" on Google auto-completes to "Ricky Gervais Laugh", and (2) Who is the "winner" between Ricky vs. Jeff Bezos' laughs? R: youtube.com/watch?v=8xmeid67… J: youtube.com/watch?v=lZ_Dyimk… 😂
👏👏 @frankyzapata crossed the English Channel on his incredible hoverboard. But ever wonder where the English Channel came from? Turns out, the story is fascinating. Short (youtube.com/watch?v=bwPq01uL…) & long (youtube.com/watch?v=TW5HJWSp…) are TREMENDOUS. Next visit: Dover White Cliffs!
