If Ford announces a return to school next week, to help with student mental health, I look forward to him ensuring professionals are in the buildings to handle these need. Perhaps all the paediatrics that signed off in the letter could be creative and set up in the school gyms?

If you're teaching Shakespeare, watch it on mute first and let students comment on what's happening.
I'm not joking.
They get stuck on the language. Have them solely focus on the action and then add the language in after.
Plus, fun inference practice.

It sounds like the “best paid sick day plan in North America” promised by @fordnation will be very similar to the “best school reopening plan in the country” promised by @Sflecce.

Let’s be completely clear: any “great success” in our schools/childcare centres is COMPLETELY due to the extraordinary work of our ed workers & ECEs.
Any child who learned anything, any child who didn’t contract COVID, anything.
Enough. #FireLecce. You have done NOTHING.
As an educator, I’m crying with tears of relief! It’s not an ideal situation, but you know what, this is the first time I’m feeling safe in weeks! #onted thestar.com/politics/provinc…

Educators in hot zones have been trying to register for vaccines & getting nowhere. I work in postal code on the list and tried this morning. Couldn’t register. But is it surprising that @fordnation & @Sflecce made empty announcements? @ETFOPeel @etfopresident #onted #onpoli
