So frustrated by the bureaucracy of @cbic_india and @FedExIndia. Have been trying to get my imported shipment cleared for the past few days. Spent so much time and energy on this. I am seriously considering walking away from my shipment.

Looks like @cbic_india needs the shipper, an American retailer to submit a declaration to customs that I, the receiver, live in a rented address in Chennai and do not have ID proof for this address.
