When I first became an AP I use to miss coaching, then one day I realized that I never stopped!

I was a coach before I was a principal. And honestly? Practice days were my favorite. That’s when culture was built. That’s when standards were enforced. That’s when identity was formed. Walkthroughs feel the same. It’s where the real coaching happens.

I’m learning to do it afraid. Growth doesn’t wait for comfort. You move, you learn, you lead; even when your hands shake. #DoItAfraid #BrickByBrick
