What happened to Notre Dame was the culmination of corruption that has been going on for years, including with what happened to Florida State in 2023. It's time for the playoff committee to come to an end #GoIrish

The Lord is preparing His Church and His people, those who bear His name, to receive Him. As part of our preparation for His coming, He will lift each of us so we may rise to spiritual challenges and opportunities unlike any seen in the history of this world.
How, then, can each of us participate in this work of such magnitude and grandeur?
When we take repentance as a joyful opportunity because of our growing faith that Jesus is the Christ, when we understand and believe that Heavenly Father hears our every prayer, when we strive to obey and live the commandments, we grow in our power to receive continuing revelation.
The Holy Ghost can be our constant companion. A feeling of light will stay with us even as the world around us becomes darker.
As we pray and grow our faith in Jesus Christ as our Savior and our Heavenly Father as our loving Father, we become a vital part in the Lord’s work as He prepares the world for His Second Coming.

I am going to keep screaming this until someone hears:
A CHILD DIED IN MODERNA'S OWN CLINICAL TRIAL OF ITS MRNA COVID JAB, AND THE COMPANY HID THE DEATH FROM THE PUBLIC
This is NOT one of the 10 deaths @us_fda reported.
Moderna and Pfizer killed kids with mRNA Covid shots that didn't even work, and the Biden FDA and CDC ENCOURAGED them. It is time for justice.

I must say Brendon didn’t misquote me in any way, and I frankly don’t care what many may assert, “oh he’s a FOX guy …” I’m speaking for myself and am never squeezed into group think! I’ve done this long enough to feel confident that my opinions have merit. I’ll offer this caveat, had @TexasFootball not beaten @TexAgs ya think the mission to get @VandyFootball in the 12 team field with a 10-2 record in would be as obvious as it is for the Horns at 9-3? Perhaps I should have said “BRAND BIAS” first, and @SEC second. All this, and understand @BYUfootball must beat @TexasTechFB to get in. Being competitive won’t be enough! Tonight’s Tuesday Night Show is the “setup” to another Sunday Blunder from the @CFBPlayoff next week.

Replying to @M_Alford11
@SeminoleAlford I’m not going to swear at you or drag your family into this. That’s what the classless bullies on here do when they run out of arguments. I’m speaking to you directly, respectfully, and as someone who cares deeply about this program.
But this decision? It’s disgraceful. The choice by the administration — and by you specifically — to keep Mike Norvell purely because you don’t want to cut a check says everything about where we are as a program right now. We are no longer operating like a serious football power. We’re acting like a school hoping no one notices we’ve fallen behind.
Any legitimate top-10 or top-15 program in the country would have made a change after the Stanford game. Not debated it. Not spun it. Fired him. Immediately. Look around at how LSU, Florida, Penn State, and others handle mediocrity: they don’t tolerate it, and they certainly don’t reward it with another year. We’re the only ones pretending this is acceptable.
Let’s call this what it is — a financial decision. Nothing more. There’s no on-field justification for bringing him back. None. He’s 7–17 over the last two seasons. That alone disqualifies him from leading any major program. He hasn’t earned another chance. He hasn’t shown progress. He hasn’t inspired confidence. The only reason he’s still here is because the buyout stings and you don’t want to absorb it.
And let’s not rewrite history: you handcuffed this program when you panicked and handed him that absurd extension because Alabama flashed interest. That was the moment the leverage swung, and we’ve been paying for it ever since.
He hasn’t shown he can recruit at a championship level. He hasn’t demonstrated he can build a sustainable program. He hasn’t proven he can motivate or elevate the players in the locker room. We look lost, soft, and directionless. That’s on him — and now it’s on you for refusing to make the change everyone sees is necessary.
He deserves to be fired. Point blank. And when you choose not to reverse course — when you stick by this decision — you owe the alumni, the board of trustees, and the entire fan base a full, transparent explanation. Stand in front of them and justify this move as anything other than a cost-cutting choice. Explain why wins and losses suddenly don’t matter. Explain why lowering the standard has become acceptable.
Because until you do, the message is loud and clear: this administration is more interested in balancing a budget than building a winning program. And that should terrify anyone who cares about the future of Florida State football.

🔥 Elon Musk just summed up modern slavery in one sentence:
“You work. You get taxed. You buy something. You get taxed. You own something. You get taxed again.”
It’s the loop of quiet control — a system designed to keep you compliant while the government spends your money on causes you never consented to.
Every paycheck, every purchase, every property — siphoned through layers of bureaucracy.
And what’s left? A fraction of what you earned, traded for a false sense of freedom.
Musk’s point cuts deep:
The problem isn’t just taxation — it’s how it’s weaponized.
To fund endless wars.
To bankroll wasteful projects.
To grow a government that lives off your labor while pretending to “serve” you.
It’s not public service anymore.
It’s public extraction.
Time to break the loop.

The funeral of Russell M. Nelson, President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, was held today, Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at the Conference Center in Salt Lake City. President Dallin H. Oaks and Elder Henry B. Eyring, who served as President Nelson’s counselors, joined two of the prophet’s 10 children — daughter Laurie N. Marsh and son Russell M. Nelson Jr. — and Elder Jeffrey R. Holland of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and Relief Society General President Camille N. Johnson to pay tribute to the prophet’s life and teachings.

I’m not going to insist on being called a Christian.
Do I consider myself to be a Christian? Yes. Absolutely and unequivocally yes.
But, I understand that my rejection of formal Trinitarian dogma is a nonstarter for many. That’s ok. Everyone has a right to make such determinations.
This post (which will probably end up being quite long) is not a plea to be recognized as Christian, but rather an explanation of what I as a Latter-day Saint do believe about Jesus Christ.
Jesus is Jehovah. He is the God of the Old Testament and the Redeemer of the New.
It was He who covenanted with Abraham, and He is indeed the very God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He spoke to Moses through the burning bush and gave him the Ten Commandments. He led the children of Israel through the Red Sea on dry ground.
He is the creator of the heavens and the earth and all things that in them are.
He descended to earth in the meridian of time, was born of the Virgin Mary in a manger, and at the age of thirty began His public ministry.
He called apostles, ordained them to the priesthood, and taught the truths of eternity to all who would listen.
He established His church, healed the sick, raised the dead, restored sight to the blind, instituted the sacrament of the Lord’s supper and, when the time had come, endured the unbearable weight and agony of all our sins, pains, and weaknesses in the Garden of Gethsemane, a burden so heavy that even He, God, the greatest of all, trembled because of pain and bled from every pore.
He was betrayed with a kiss, mocked, and put through a sham trial at the behest of a mob.
He was denied, and made to endure it alone.
He was beaten, whipped, and scorned, made to carry a cross to calvary’s hill.
Large nails were driven into His hands, wrists, and feet, and a crown of thorns was placed on His head.
He suffered on the cross, pleading to His Father to forgive even those who were in the very act of torturing and killing Him.
Hours later, He gave up the ghost, declaring “It is finished”. He descended to the spirit world, preaching to the prisoners there while His body lay in a tomb.
On the third day He rose from the grave, being the first fruits of them that slept and assuring us all of a glorious resurrection and a knowledge that death will not lay claim on our physical bodies forever.
He showed Himself to his disciples, ensuring they knew that He was not a spirit, but rather that He had been resurrected with a perfected, glorified body of flesh and bone.
He gave commands to His disciples before He ascended to heaven, exhorting them to preach the gospel to every creature, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
He initiated the restoration of His church through Joseph Smith, Jr., appearing first to the boy prophet in 1820, and later revealing The Book of Mormon, a sacred record of scripture that, with the Bible, testifies plainly that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior.
In the time since, He has led and guided this The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Jesus is an high priest of good things to come, the Great King Immanuel who sits on the right hand of His Father, crowned forever with eternal glory and all power, might, and dominion, having finished His preparations unto the children of men and offering them redemption through the shedding of His own blood.
He is the light and the life of the world, and salvation comes in and through His atoning blood and in no other way.
He is my prophet, my priest, my king and my God.
That is who Jesus of Nazareth is to me.

Anyone who watches this and still says we aren’t Christian isn’t a type of Christian I would listen to or take advice from.
It’s entirely possible this is the greatest performance of a Christian hymn ever recorded.
Lyrics:
Jesus climbed the hill to the garden still.
His steps were heavy and slow.
Love and a prayer took Him there
To the place only He could go.
Gethsemane. Jesus loves me,
So He went willingly to Gethsemane.
He felt all that was sad, wicked, or bad,
All the pain we would ever know.
While His friends were asleep, He fought to keep
His promise made long ago.
Gethsemane. Jesus loves me,
So He went willingly to Gethsemane.
The hardest thing that ever was done,
The greatest pain that ever was known,
The biggest battle that ever was won—
This was done by Jesus!
The fight was won by Jesus!
Gethsemane. Jesus loves me,
So He gave His gift to me in Gethsemane.
Gethsemane. Jesus loves me,
So He gives His gift to me from Gethsemane.
