On 2 June 2026, @raufaregbesola, GS of @ADCNig, wrote to John Tsoho, Chief Judge of @federalhigh, informing him that reassigning the case from the court of Emeka Nwite, as directed by @SupremeCourtNg, to the court of Peter Lifu violated the letter & spirit of the order of the #SupremeCourt & amounted to "administrative interference" with the proceedings.
The letter added one thing: "Our confidence in the neutrality & impartiality of Hon. Justice Peter Lifu has been fundamentally eroded."
What did the Chief Judge do....?!

Here is the DG of Tinubu campaign telling Nigerians that the reason they are hungry is because they are lazy.
Do we require any further evidence that the APC has lost touch with the reality of Nigerians?
They dance buga while the people go hungry and then blame them for their own suffering.

Today, I consider it important to address the real culprit or masquerade behind the transactional judicial jobbery of #PeterLifu in @FederalHigh.
That masquerade is John Terhemba Tsoho. He is the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court.
The role of Chief Judge comes with real powers. Among other things, he is responsible for postings & transfer of judges.
Then, there is case assignment.
In most other countries, cases are assigned by algorithm. In Nigeria, after a case is filed, the file goes to the Chief Judge (or to the senior-nost judge in the judicial division, often known as the Admin Judge) who then assigns the case to a judge to hear it.
This process is not just manual; it is personal.
This is often also the most important decision in many cases. It controls the outcome. In the Federal High Court of John Tsoho, this often pre-determines cases, especially when the cases have a political flavour.
Chief Judge John Tsoho has a closed list of acolytes whom he trusts to hear & decide political cases in the direction of the political wind or patron to be serviced. That is now clear & it is no use hiding it.
The political patron whose interest he serves is also easy to figure out.
Peter Lifu occupies a treasured place in that list of #PoliticalHitmen on the bench of @federalhigh. He can only do so because John Tsoho encourages him to. Here is a peek into Peter Lifu's recent record:
1. Declared the David Mark-led caretaker leadership of the ADC illegal.
2. Nullified the emergence of David Mark as National Chairman.
3. Invalidated Rauf Aregbesola's emergence as National Secretary.
4. Nullified decisions taken by the disputed leadership, including the presidential primary that produced Atiku Abubakar.
5. Invalidated the nominations of other ADC candidates for the 2027 elections.
6. Directed @inecnigeria not to recognise decisions taken at the party's July 27, 2025 NEC meeting.
7. Disregarded the specific order of the Court of Appeal to stay proceedings in relation to 1.
8. Sat as his own court of appeal on the decision of Liman J. also of the same Court in relation to 4-5.
These decisions ransack the discipline of judicial hierarchy & precedent. To reach them, Peter Lifu routinely & repeatedly disregards controlling precedent from @SupremeCourtNg. Most other judges who do that will be out of a job. Yet he prospers.
The problem with Peter Lifu & the slate of political surrogates masquerading as judges under the leadership of John Tsoho in @FederalHigh has moved beyond a critique of discrete decisions in specific cases.
It is about a pattern of manifestly compromised case assignments & docket management by the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, John Tsoho, which provides ample evidence in support of the conclusion that there is a deliberate collusion in the court hierarchy to produce pre-determined decisions from the court of Lifu & his coven of politically corrupted judges.
Otherwise, how do cases involving @ADCNig keep going to him even after @NGCourtofAppeal on record called him a #JudicialRascal & found him guilty of "judicial impertinence" in relation to matters affecting the same party?
Whoever sees John Tsoho should pls ask him: does he not know of other judges in the Federal High Court? Can he disclose whose interest he is serving because one thing is now clear: he is no longer serving the interest of justice in the office of Chief Judge of @FederalHigh.... And he knows it.

BOLA CANNOT USE THE COURTS TO ESCAPE THE PEOPLE’S VERDICT; WE ARE ON THE BALLOT — ATIKU
Fellow Nigerians,
Let no one mistake the latest court ruling for the will of the Nigerian people. No manipulation, conjecture or concoction can erase our place in this contest, silence our campaign or deny Nigerians the right to choose their future. We are on the ballot, and the people must be allowed to decide.
Those who boast of having thirty-two governors and claim to have bought, pressured or coerced leaders from other parties into their fold should have no reason to fear a free and fair contest. Yet, instead of presenting their record to Nigerians, they continue to deploy every tactic available to weaken the opposition: political pressure, manufactured narratives, courtroom manoeuvres and attempts to compromise the voters’ register with AI-generated photographs, false names and fictitious identities. These are not the actions of people confident in their record. They are calculated attempts to make genuine competition impossible and push Nigeria towards a one-party state.
And what record do they have to defend? This government removed the fuel subsidy overnight without a plan to protect Nigerians. It presided over the steep decline of the naira and allowed food prices to rise beyond the reach of ordinary families. Factories and small businesses have shut their doors. Our young people are leaving in search of hope, while bandits and kidnappers continue to hold communities hostage.
Look around you. Market stalls stand empty. Feeding your family has become a daily struggle. Fuel prices keep rising, and silent pain fills homes across the country. Those in power may want you to believe that your suffering does not matter. They may want you to surrender your future before you even reach the ballot box. Do not lose heart. Do not retreat. Your vote is your power, and together, we will take our country back.
Let me be clear to every Nigerian who has stood with us: I am in this race. I am not going anywhere. We will be on the ballot. No threat, blackmail or court manoeuvre will make me abandon you or the cause we share.
We will resist with all our strength every attempt to turn Nigeria into a one-party state. Nigeria belongs to all its people. Our democracy must remain open to more than one party and more than one voice. If those in power believe in their numbers and their record, let us meet at the polls in a free, fair and credible contest.
Our campaign will continue. Our message on the cost of living will not be silenced or derailed. Stay calm, united and resolute. Together, we will fight for a Nigeria where life is affordable and every citizen’s vote counts.
Let me say this plainly: Bola cannot use the courts to escape the judgment of Nigerians at the ballot box.

This is Justice Peter Lifu.
He ordered ADC's deregistration despite a Court of Appeal order to stay proceedings.
The Appeal Court reversed him, calling it "judicial impertinence" and "judicial rascality" — conduct that makes a judge "unfit for the bench."
A judge who defies a superior court to truncate opposition parties is a danger to Nigeria's democracy. The NJC must act.

There is a superior decadence that enables the decadence of Peter Lifu. It is called John Tsoho. He is the Chief Judge of the @FederalHigh. He knows what he is doing.
These men are now so compromised, they know that they will stand no chance under a different dispensation. So, they no longer need to be bribed.
Their corrupt judgments have become desperate acts of personal & political survival. They are no longer judges. They are now members of an organised political crime gang.
Do not Undermine Democracy
I have received with shock the news of an order by the Federal High Court in Abuja nullifying the emergence of the Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and all the actions he has taken. This is unsettling and surprising.
I do not challenge the ruling of the court. The court of law is constituted to determine disputes according to the law. My concern is that three months before a general election, it is in the public interest to have certainty. It is not good to have too many uncertainties about candidates and parties a few weeks before a presidential election. This instability is obviously engineered by the ruling party, just as they have done against me in the Labour Party and continue to do so to close down civic space for a robust campaign. It is also from the same rulebook that manufactures violence against us in our campaigns.
One mark of democracy is that at all times, it is voters and not courts that choose leaders. I trust in the judiciary. As a public officer, I have shown deep respect for the judiciary. I appeal that we protect the integrity of democracy by not undermining the free and fair choice of candidates.
The sustenance of democracy in Nigeria, in the midst of encroaching military rule in West Africa, should strengthen our resolve to protect opposition politics and not stamp out opposition parties. It is because of the importance of opposition to the sustenance of democracy that I have always promised that, as President, I will take a special interest in ensuring opposition parties are stable and thriving, and that opposition candidates are not persecuted out of electoral contests.
This is a time to strengthen our democracy by allowing the opposition to thrive.

It is a disgrace that Peter Lifu continues to parade himself as a judge in #Nigeria when he lives & works in the pocket of a known politician.
It is equally a disgrace that his cell mate inside that pocket is John Tsoho.
There is no bleach for the blot they inflict on the Nigerian judiciary.

The court cases against political parties, at this point the @ADCNig, are part of Tinubu's strategic plans to confuse and dissuade Nigerians seeking to run against him. For some, his strategy is to use the courts, where his henchman, Nyesom Wike, pulls the strings.
Against those he cannot stop in court, he will deploy violence in some cases, using both methods.
Only revolutionary resistance can confront these wicked strategies.
Unfortunately, Tinubu @officialabat does not believe in democracy.
He (TINUBU) is a crooked political operative, but none of these desperate tactics can save him. Instead, they will eventually become the catalysts for the revolution that Tinubu himself will provoke, whether he likes it or not.

We have just been attacked by APC thugs in Kebbi State on our way into town from the airport.
The APC had stationed thugs along the route, chanting “Kaura falle biyu ne,” meaning “Kaura will serve two terms.”
We rolled up our windows and refused to engage with them, but they proceeded to strike our buses with sticks.
Why should opposition parties be afraid to campaign freely simply because the incumbent governor belongs to the ruling party?
This is an assault on our democracy, and we will resist it with every fibre of our being.
