starting my life over again (with god)
i’m 25 and currently:
- jobless
- lost all my savings trading
- went through a life-changing surgery
- moved countries
- back in my parents’ basement
- doing my best to heal from a breakup
follow along (if you care) and see what happens next
i thought i'd never post again
2.5 months ago
a doctor looked me in the eye and told me it was most likely cancer
found out i have a 14cm tumor and high CA markers
biopsy was not an option because the chances of spreading were high so i needed an open surgery
so i was wheeled into surgery not knowing who i'd be when i woke up
i lost my whole left ovary. then i waited weeks, scared out of my mind
it came back benign. NOT cancer
i cried so hard
still recovering after the surgery
so grateful that i get to live life, come back to work, say hi to my internet frens again
and yes i am alive, will be answering dms soon ❤️
how to prepare your crypto wallet for future security threats:
most wallets rely on specific cryptographic methods to verify transactions. But what happens when those methods need to change?
The play: programmable accounts → flexible signature verification → cryptographic agility.
the idea
@starknet has native Account Abstraction, meaning every account is a programmable smart contract.
Developers can customise how accounts verify transactions, including which signature verification methods they use.
That flexibility matters because cryptographic security won't necessarily stay the same forever.
why it matters
Quantum computing is one of the potential future challenges for today's cryptographic systems.
Building flexibility into the account layer creates room for verification methods to evolve as security requirements change.
the catch
This doesn't mean every Starknet wallet is already quantum-proof.
It's about building flexibility into account design, not claiming that future threats have already been solved.
what to remember
Don't just ask how secure your wallet is today.
Ask whether its security mechanisms can adapt tomorrow.
I break down how Starknet approaches this in the video.
What matters more to you in a wallet: its current security or its ability to adapt as technology changes?

AI cant beat Mav and it definitely can't snatch my $0.10 from my wallet that easily.
at least that's what I thought before taking the MEXC AI Trap quiz.
I scored 90/100 but one scenario caught me. lol
Imagine getting a voice message from someone pretending to be your mom. They are using a new number asking for $400 urgently and telling you not to call the old number. That's scary situation because the message plays with your emotions not just your trust in technology.
honestly this is a good reminder that even if a voice sounds familiar it doesn't mean the person is real.
My rule is simple: verify first, trust later. My $0.10 might not be much, but I'm not handing it over that easily. 😂
Jokes aside I appreciate @MEXC taking user security seriously and bringing attention to the kind of AI scams people could actually face.

why is Starknet researching the possibility of becoming an independent Layer 1?
to understand that, we first need to look at how Starknet proves that computations are correct.
@Starknet uses STARK proofs.
think about a system performing millions of calculations. It produces a short proof which can easily be checked by a third party (as opposed to making someone redo all that work).
and that's basically the premise of STARK technology.
but there's another reason this approach is interesting: the cryptography behind it.
some commonly used cryptographic systems rely on mathematical problems that powerful quantum computers could be able to solve. Shor's algorithm, for example, can threaten cryptographic systems based on certain elliptic-curve assumptions.
STARK proofs take a different approach. They rely on hash-based cryptography rather than those elliptic-curve assumptions.
That doesn't mean hash-based cryptography is immune to quantum attacks. The algorithms and security parameters still matter though, because quantum computing can also affect hash functions.
So where does an independent Layer 1 come into the picture?
Starknet currently operates as an Ethereum Layer 2. Parts of its architecture, including its bridge and data availability infrastructure, remain connected to Ethereum.
This means some important security decisions are also linked to the infrastructure Starknet relies on.
Researching an independent Layer 1 could give Starknet greater control over its own architecture and the timing of future security upgrades.
And this isn't just an idea being discussed without community input.
On October 22, 2026, a Starknet community vote showed 93.52% of voting power in favour of researching this direction.
There's an important distinction here: the vote supported further research. It did not approve a completed transition, and Starknet has not already become an independent Layer 1.
The bigger idea is simple:
We don't know exactly how cryptography will need to change in the future. But blockchains should have the flexibility to respond when those changes come.
That's what makes cryptographic agility worth paying attention to.
I'm continuing to explore how Starknet is approaching this challenge.

what if your crypto account could adapt to new security methods without changing the entire blockchain?
That’s one interesting thing about @Starknet
Starknet has native Account Abstraction, which means every account is a programmable smart contract.
Developers can decide how their accounts verify transactions and introduce different signature methods.
Why does this matter?
cryptography won’t necessarily stay the same forever. As new threats emerge, blockchain security may need to adapt too.
Starknet account design gives developers more flexibility to make those changes.
Security isn’t just about protecting accounts today. It’s also about being ready for what comes next.

The Biggest Hacking Attack in Crypto History!
A deeply concerning report has emerged regarding Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange.
Reportedly, more than $5.6 billion worth of funds were hacked, while approximately $3 billion has reportedly been frozen so far.
Binance will reportedly bear all financial losses itself, and users' funds remain safe.
Users are advised to stay calm and follow official Binance updates.

Guys, I’ve been restricted from liking posts, so I’ve been doing a lot of reposting.
There are some people whose posts I’ve been engaging with for days, but they haven’t reciprocated. I know you people, and I’ll be turning off your PNs.
You entered someone’s DM to ask for post notifications, yet you’ve refused to engage with their posts even when they engage with yours. You’re an enemy of progress. 🤦♂️💯
