My running hypothesis is that 4Q/1Q was peak IT ice age and we are increasingly seeing signs of an IT thaw - one of several data points is a stabilizing of project freezes and lift in acceleration of new IT project - taken from ETR's Macro IT Survey - etr.ai/request-a-free-trial/

I want to say I was 16, maybe. My family went to Florida. I was—and still am—a passionate SCUBA diver. The water is the only place I feel graceful. I went by myself on a dive boat. There was me and maybe six other divers—all big, brawny men. I felt very small and hairless.
