Yet again, our Meadow View family shows what’s possible when care, expertise and belief come together.

This week, in their stage assembly, Connection Class learnt all about Guy Fawkes and how to stay safe around fireworks. They then lite sparklers safely. 🎆🎇🔥

Today, Connection Class listened beautifully to “The mood hoover” written by Paul Brown.

Class 4 are reading ‘The Last Bear’ by Hannah Gold and have created artwork in the style of illustrator Levi Pinfold. ❄️ 🐻‍❄️

This half term, in their Forest School session, Class 5 are learning about conservation. Today they spent some time clearing the leaves and cutting back the tree branches before enjoying some exploring time. To finish, they enjoyed a hot chocolate with marshmallows.

This morning, Class Three were amazing at sorting out their common and proper noun cards. #Nouns

Class Two have enjoyed briefly exploring the ‘day of the dead’.

In the Garden this week, Class Two have been learning about what animals need to survive!

This morning, Class 3 enjoyed their spooky art lesson 👻 #Art #Halloween

This morning, Class 4 were working collaboratively to problem solve in computing. Great teamwork Class 4! 💻

Class Two have enjoyed making sweet and savoury s’mores on the fire today! 🔥

This morning, Class Two have enjoyed using the parachute. We played lots of games and had lots of fun! 🤩

Connection Class had lots of fun making Halloween jelly this afternoon! We used lime flavoured jelly for a spooky colour, crushed oreos as soil and snakes for a scary garnish.🐍 👻🎃

This morning, on the way to their Forest school Session, Connection Class stopped off to pick some apples for the pigs. They then enjoyed feeding them to the pigs. In the Forest the children enjoyed eating waffles and pumpkin seeds toasted on a fire before relaxing in hammocks.

Class 2 have decorated some biscuits today using icing and sprinkles. 🍪

This morning, we went on the Farm as a class and mucked out the pigs together. 🐷🐷🐷

This afternoon, Class 2 visited the park! They enjoyed playing on the equipment and taking turns with each other. 🛝

Connection Class have enjoyed different spa activities this afternoon! 💅😊

Class 2 have been doing some sorting activities on the computer. 💻

This week, Connection Class spent the morning @ Sunnyside Adventure Soft Play. The children had a great time playing games of Tag and hide and seek and sliding down the many slides. They stopped for a drink and a snack before carrying on with chasing each other.
