UPDATE: Radical Islamist Rasha Zaid lost her election for Ward 4 in Windsor.
Looks like she won't be able to lock up Zionists anytime soon, but will most likely still be yelling Allahu Akhbar at protests.
Rasha Zaid is a Windsor based Aesthetician & leader of Windsor4Palestine who is using her skillset to run for @CityWindsorON Councillor in Ward 4, which is currently held by @markmckenzie519
A weekly protestor in Windsor for almost 3 years, Rasha Zaid has called for anyone that identifies as a Zionist, one who believes that Israel has a right to exist, “must be locked up” and that “we are not free until they are not amongst us.”
Rasha Zaid accuses Israelis, including professors, doctors, and other professionals of being “serial killers on the loose” and that “they must be held accountable.”
Rasha Zaid will also let out the occasional “Allahu Akhbar” and “All The Zionist Are Racist” chants at her protests.
According to posts online Rasha Zaid believes “there is no such thing as antisemitic” and that Israelis wearing “Jude” stars as seen in the Holocaust stage their own attacks to get sympathy from the world.
Given the recent announcement of doctors leaving Canada due to growing safety concerns of Jews, you can find no better example of those creating this environment than Rasha Zaid, who may be in a position of power to make it much worse if she wins her city councilor seat in Windsor Ward 4 come this October.
Further, she will be travelling to Toronto this Sunday to the Walk With Israel for the sole purpose of harassing the families attending with their children as they walk through a gauntlet of terrorist supporters while being yelled at.
Predictably Rasha Zaid has been platformed heavily by @CTVWindsor @CBCWindsor without actually looking into her digital footprint to see what her radical rhetoric is.
This is a Notice of Public Interest to the Israeli community of Windsor regarding this radical who is applying for a position of power that holds extreme prejudice towards their minority.

My reaction to last night's result in my hometown:
"A vote for Chow was, if nothing else, a vote that didn’t care about what Toronto’s Jewish community has suffered. In the overwhelming majority of cases, I suspect people never even thought about it at all."
At least Rasha Zaid lost in Windsor. Though her getting that many votes is still a stain on that city.

Ana Zendejas is the owner of Shiny Touch Cleaning, a Toronto home cleaning service that is operated by Ana & her family members.
Ana Zendejas is an avid supporter of former Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, the mastermind behind the October 7th terrorist attacks that murdered the most Jews in a single day since the Holocaust.
Ana Zendejas claims she carries Yahya Sinwar’s book The Thorn & The Carnation, writing “but at least I carry good reading material with me” and posts excerpts from the book that justifies terrorism.
Ana Zendejas has also been seen posting a salute to Yahya Sinwar as he holsters a pistol with a silencer.
This is a Notice of Public Interest to the Jewish communities within Toronto & surrounding areas regarding this radicalized Hamas loyalist who is operating a home cleaning service & may have access to Jewish or Israeli people’s homes.
We have marked this as a serious security risk for those who may be using Shiny Touch Cleaning services as having Ana Zendejas in your home given her explicit support for the leader of a foreign designated terrorist group known to murder Jews can be dangerous.

I don’t know how the Toronto mayoral will pan out today, but I’m hoping for a Bradford win for more reasons than one. It would be glorious to see a BC-type crashout by certain Chow supporters.

Watch Naomi Klein rant about "anti-Palestinian racism" and "Jewish fascists" as @guardian interviewer @chakrabortty just sits and nods along.
"Because of anti-Palestinian racism, Jewish voices get more of a say."

Not everyone cheerleading for Chow for Mayor hates Jews, but nearly every Jew hater is voting for Chow

McGill’s law school receives roughly 1,500 applications for just 180 spots.
It gave one of those spots to a convicted murderer in his mid-60s, who will never pass the good character requirements to practice, and who violated his parole multiple times.

There’s so much to unpack here.
The *entire* New Mexico economy (in 2025) is ~$125bn. The *entire* state budget is only ~$11bn.
So, these penalties would be roughly a fifth of the state’s economy and more than *double* the fiscal budget for 2026.
Ludicrous. It’s reminiscent of Europe’s targeting of American tech firms. Except this actually exceeds any judgment under the DSA or DMA. If we criticize Europe for being anti-tech (we do and we should), New Mexico deserves at least the same ire.
“But Meta is a big company, they can afford it.” Sure, okay. If they’re forced to maybe they can afford this. But no company can afford being perpetually hammered by nonsense penalties. If NM can secure 25bn, what can CA, TX, FL collect with their significantly larger populations?
And this is far from hypothetical. States have started eyeing tech for these sort of judgments in recent years. And I’d be shocked if others aren’t watching this thinking they can line their coffers with similar suits.
If so, we can kiss our tech and innovation dominance goodbye. AI supremacy? Energy innovation and infrastructure build out? Good luck.
But that’s *just* the financial and policy absurdity.
If you dig deeper, this litigation is riddled with First Amendment problems—as @TraceTheLaw explained, the majority of this case and the penalties centered around Meta’s alleged misstatements around how it moderates content.
The Supreme Court made clear that states cannot meddle with content moderation decisions. Those choices are protected by the First Amendment. See Moody v. @NetChoice.
And the government cannot do indirectly what it cannot do directly. See @NRA v. Vullo.
But that’s exactly what NM’s case does. They’re trying to get at content through the back door, pretending they can evade the First Amendment.
It’s egregious. And I’m looking forward to Meta’s appeal.
Breaking News: Meta must pay $25 billion, one of the largest penalties levied against the tech giant, for deceiving users about data privacy. nyti.ms/4yvv5yZ

Yes, I've also heard that Brad Bradford will sell off sunlight to corporate investors. We cannot let that happen
