#EauClaire City Council votes 10-0 to push ahead with a November referendum. In two weeks, the council will decide wording for ballot question including dollar amount and use for those new tax dollars.

One of the wildest stories I've done in a while. A favorite pastime is to ask my family while hiking "What we do if we saw a bear?" Never imagined a scenario quite as frightening as this -- face-to-face with a 300-pound bear 20 feet up in a tree.
