Hi, I’m Ochai.. 👋🏾
I’m a Freelancing, Tech, and Personal Growth Creator and Coach.
I’ve been freelancing for 6 years, earning over $300K, and now help young Africans build sustainable careers through freelancing and tech.
I’m an advocate of getting 1% better every day, not chasing overnight transformation.
I treat freelancing as a systems and worldview game. Not a “templates and formats” game.
For my clients, I write and manage SEO content for B2B brands in tech and business.
I also coach African freelancers on how the game actually works. Not how it's supposed to work. How it actually works.
And I help aspiring tech professionals figure out what to learn, how to break in, and how to build a career from it.

The reason most of you deleted the things you said about this skit after finding out it was actually a skit is that you weren’t attacking what he did. You were attacking him.
What he did, if it had been real, would have been terribly rude and disrespectful. But some of you were waiting for Eric to misstep so you could finally tell everybody, “I’ve always known this guy is a horrible person”
The things he says and stands for feel like an attack on you because you know you’re doing the wrong thing, and he’s always speaking against it. So you were waiting with bated breath for him to mess up, just so you could say “See? I’ve always known he’s no saint”
People who were genuinely open-minded watched it and thought he was playing. They gave him the benefit of the doubt because they weren’t desperate to find a reason to condemn him.
Anyway, this girl is such a good actor. Far better than a lot of the Nollywood actors making movies on YouTube.

Can we start teaching Nigerian children how to measure distance properly?
In the UK, Europe, Canada or US, someone tells you a place is 5km away, and you know exactly what that means.
In Nigeria, our units of measurement are “just here,” “near near,” “small trek,” and the legendary “you will soon reach.”
Nobody knows whether that means 200 metres or 10 kilometres!
A society that struggles to understand distance will struggle with spatial planning, mapping, infrastructure and development.

My personal brand, Technical Ben, needs more structure. I need someone who can manage the brand, help me stay consistent, and build a proper system around everything I do while I focus on my work and other responsibilities.
Honestly, finding someone who is genuinely serious about this has been difficult. A lot of people talk, but very few are ready to put in the work.

A few days ago, I had the honor of speaking at the Raenest Exchange Event 2026.
It was my first public speaking experience so I was a bit tensed earlier.
In fact, it was so bad I nearly declined the offer because I thought I wasn’t ready. I literally had to sit myself down and knock some sense back into my head.
“Oga, since when that one even start? Accept this thing and grow up to the challenge jare. What’s the worst that could happen?”
With how hard I prepared and got so many tips from friends, you’d think I was going to speak at Aso Rock, lol.
Thankfully, everything went well, and now I’ve got some experience under my belt.
Beyond the speaking experience, it was really great interacting and networking with other great minds in the tech, freelancing, and remote work space.
Grateful to @RaenestApp for giving me the platform to impact on the freelancing community and also for the award and recognition.
That’s extra fuel to keep showing up and doing good work.
