This. UK = 68M x 8% "attend church" = 5M USA = 333M x 36% "attend church" = 120M The US market for Gospel/Christian music is 24x BIGGER! If any artist is getting more UK streams than US streams it's only because nobody in the US has heard of them. #UKGospel

I honestly hear this but then again, USA is so much bigger than the UK

The complaint from most is: How do all other categories at the MOBOs have U.K. only representation bar the obvious International, African & Reggae but Gospel doesn’t? It was U.K. only last 8/9 years. It’s respect for the U.K. scene being asked for, not ‘Pick me for the award’

Don’t think I’ve seen a single UK gospel artist saying, “I should have been nominated instead” btw

On this MOBO “thing” gospel, artist, bloggers etc complaining about who MOBO’s have chosen…I THOUGHT YOU ALL DID IT FOR CHIRST not platforms or recognition etc at least that what you say in your content….

I really really dislike this stance, and I see it too often. The moment Christians *rightfully* criticise something, suddenly their whole purpose is called into question. It's painfully reductive and rarely done out of love.
