📈I fell in love with crypto because of how it allowed regular, non-accredited investors to partake in the markets. 🏃‍♂️I fell in love with blockchain because of its utility ❌ Unfortunately the greedy saw the opportunity and ruined something that was good. The vast majority of blockchain and crypto projects are rugpulls, scams, and/or run by megalomaniacs who have no interest in fulfilling their promises. Rather they jump from promise to promise and surround themselves with a team of enablers to help convince their community that they are actually pursing the goals in their whitepaper 🌱 This is why I created @JoinSeedstarter - to open early investing to everyone, regardless of wealth, but also to hold those responsible who are seeking to raise money. I wholly believe the future is in compliant crowdfunding. I will keep pushing this future until im proven right or wrong 💪 You are the investor- vote with your bags. But I will say- don’t cry when the megalomaniac founder who sold you a bill of goods rugs you. If they’re not willing to stand on their promises and legally commit to them, then what are we building for?

Today feels like a good day to catch everyone up on what we've been doing with and building on Seedstarter. For those who don't know, Seedstarter is an equity crowdfunding platform aimed at giving the non-accredited access to early investment opportunities. I announced the launch of the platform in May of 2023. nitter.gq/jesse_hynes/status/165… Since then, the focus has been on building, making connections, and fund raising. On the fundraising end I decided to practice what I preached - turn down the VC offers I got (above $1 mil) and seek a raise with non-accredited investors). 1⃣In November of 2023 we filed a Reg A+ Offering statement with the SEC, which can be found here (and has been amended a few times): sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/…. While mainstream crypto media continues to pick up on the ETF filings and SEC lawsuits, this offering has gone largely unnoticed. I have attached some images from the offering, but the highlights are: 1. A security on the blockchain - it is my intention to deliver on the XRPL, but I'd rather the investors make that decision. 2. The security token itself is a royalty and governance token. Holders receive a portion of the revenue from @JoinSeedstarter and also have some decision-making ability in terms of direction. 3. Governance Voting Rewards - holders will be able to lock up their security token, engage in activities related to holding the token, and earn additional token from doing so (a staking mechanism of sorts). You can find more about the offering at the link above. To date, this has not been qualified by the SEC and we are working on our most recent set of changes to file in the near future. In the meantime, we are considering a small Reg D offering due to the delays that are taking place with the Reg A+ offering. This is not how we originally intended, but there is so much demand for our platform, we'd be doing our users and the companies that want to raise a disservice if we do not raise money soon.
