A local interest story for me, but potentially huge ramifications for cricket in East London, as Tower Hamlets (and the Bangladeshi community) finally gets a proper turf pitch to play on espncricinfo.com/story/tower…

The @CricketCasuals content cup has this feeling of going to be a massive event next year. So many cricket content creators already involved in the playing side, but I know there is more room for others who want to be there on the day and want to create content around the day.

From one successful franchise to another. Tailenders Host & Oval Invincibles Co-chair Greg James delivers a message to get down to Victoria Park later to see Pacific’s final @VPCCL2 game of the season. Pitch 2, 5:45. There’s even rumours of a trophy presentation after.

After long flights and hours of transit before reaching Sri Lanka, I got the shock of my life when I watched PCB’s short clip on the history of Pakistan cricket minus the great Imran Khan… political differences apart but Imran Khan is an icon of world cricket and developed Pakistan into a strong unit in his time and gave us a pathway… PCB should delete the video and apologise.
