Lula and Moraes have spent several years engaged in absurd levels of corruption. They have stolen money, locked up political opponents, ordered silencing of critics etc.
They were never going to give up power easily. You can vote communists in. Much harder to vote them out.
The mask is OFF. 🇧🇷
Hours after being re-selected, Lula’s first move:
“We’re going to have to regulate the social media platforms."
TRANSLATION: he’s coming for your free speech.
This is what a tyrant sounds like. Once a commie, always a commie.
Openly shilling for a Communist dictator now
Yesterday, Brazil showed the world that the will of the people is stronger than the authoritarians who try to suppress it. Congratulations President @LulaOficial and congratulations Brazil.
How is this dictator wannabe still on this platform? @X

Auburn fans have every right to be irate. This is almost as egregious as Alabama/Georgia two weeks ago. The SEC continues to have by far the worst officials in football. Two referees stood there and watched this and didn’t throw their flag. Unreal.

The UK is a complete Clown World police state. Police raided a 15-year-old's home, arrested him, seized his devices, and collected his DNA over an AI-edited image of a local politician with bunny ears. They’re calling it a hate crime because he also called the guy a 'rent boy.' Since when is an AI meme and an insult a criminal offense?
It’s Kalshi but the odds are still high enough to say Weiner will win.
The problem with many white Democrats is that no matter how pretty they talk about race and equality, they still lean towards picking people based on the color of their skin, no less racist than the “MAGA” counterpart they hate.
Weiner can launch a racist website mocking his opponent’s accent and go to trans kids parades, but those will be completely ignored.

WOW this exchange.
@BretBaier tried to give Abdul El-Sayed a chance to finally explain the 2012 letter in support of the Muslim Brotherhood and Abdul awkwardly tries to speak over him.
This flailing defensiveness is why we’re on week 3 on this issue.
E-verify should be required for all businesses that operates with 2 or more employees in Texas.
Benny Melendez, the owner of a small construction company in South Texas, says he’s been forced to install fencing at job sites to protect his workers from ICE.
“It’s embarrassing for the land of the free, to have to do this,” Melendez told @camiloreports.
Unable to find workers, Melendez, a 2024 Trump voter and 2020 Biden voter, says he plans to vote for Democrats in the midterm elections.

When 4o came out, Reddit got flooded by em dashes.
When a new GPT that didn't like them as much came out, their prevalence declined.
James Talarico says we should look to Western Europe for inspiration.
Take a look at Paris.
Europe has committed cultural suicide. We will not let that happen to Texas or America.
Get out and vote.
“The Republicans are so corrupt!”
Yeah, all politicians are.
At least one side isn’t full of Communist lunatics who’d like a bloody rebellion.
SCOOP: A source sent us flyers from the FRSO (Freedom Road Socialist Org), the same group that supports Abdul El Sayed and advocates for violent revolution and m*rder.
Their flyers promote stopping the deportations of criminal illegals and making the U.S. "Ungovernable."
These socialist groups are a danger to the country.
