A queue of at least 40 people are now standing at the rank at kings cross waiting for a taxi. The rank is completely empty of cabs. Further up Pancras Rd, there’s at least 30 taxis trying to access the rank, but cannot get there for the endless stream of buses. @CamdenCouncil
