🇮🇷🇰🇷 Iran's Persian Gulf Strait Authority (PGSA) has called out South Korean shipping firm Sinokor for committing "the highest number of passage violations" through the strait of Hormuz over the past three months.
At least 3 of the listed vessels - Cyprus Prosperity, Senegal Prosperity and Mersin Prosperity - were attacked by Iran since July.
🇮🇷 Iran's gasoline dilemma | Tehran says it no longer needs to import gasoline to meet domestic demand, thanks to a renewed push to curb fuel consumption. But refinery outages and continued fuel smuggling cast serious doubt on the claims. @rithika_krishna argusmedia.com/en/news-and-i…

JUST IN:
Iranian media is teaching citizens how to protect themselves if the US launches a nuclear attack on Iran.
There is speculation that the US could use a tactical nuclear weapon against Iran's Pickaxe Mountain, as no conventional weapon can destroy facilities buried deep beneath it.

The meeting in Tehran was a big PR win for Iran. Major regional powers went to Tehran to ask for help on Yemen. And Iran likely laid out it terms for that help. It could yield results.
Inviting Iran to join Mecca Alliance as some had anticipated did not happen. In fact Iran is calling the meeting the Tehran Summit. It sounds like Iran is envisioning a different regional arrangement one that Iran wants to define and play a central role in. And per Rezaie’s comments after the meeting Iran’s vision which is clearly aimed at keeping US out if the region does not easily square with the relations of the three Mecca Alliance partners with US.
"If our four countries sit together, many of the regions problem can be solved. This trip would be the beginning of a real transformation in the region."
"Despite the American threats, these three major countries came to Iran and talk to us. That shows that the American have no more impact on the world."
- Major General Mohsen Rezai, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council

🚨 Iran's SNSC chief Mohsen Rezaei on the Tehran meeting with 🇸🇦 🇵🇰 🇹🇷:
- I sense a new atmosphere has taken shape in the region, and a v positive atmosphere in today's discussion.
- All 3 individuals believed that if we 4 countries work together, many of the region's problems can be solved.
- We agreed that the security of the region we live in must be achieved by the countries of the region.
- We must stand in the way of any foreign interference, including that of Israel, in the south of Lebanon, south of Syria, Gaza etc.
- Such cooperation should have begun from a while ago. We had discussed such things before, but the circumstances of the region made it difficult to do so, especially as other countries interfered.
- I hope this visit is the beginning of a real change between the four countries.
- This visit of these officials from three great nations Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia to Iran to meet also showed that US threats have had no impact on the world.
- We hope this can be the start of something more than just discussions and statements.
- This is why we preferred not to issue a statement for now and to instead publish a single item outlining what we are united on, and that we intend to take things forward in an executive and realistic manner.
🇸🇦 Saudi foreign ministry: "The Kingdom looks forward to the positive and practical engagement of the parties to the crisis with the outcomes of the [Tehran] visit.
"The Kingdom emphasizes the importance of opening channels of negotiation to prevent a return to military action."

🇨🇾 Big moment for Cyprus. Main EPC and drilling contracts now signed for the Cronos gas development, which is on course to deliver Cyprus' first gas in the first half of 2028. Gas output to reach a plateau of 500mn ft3/d.
Cronos gas will be processed in facilities that already serve Eni’s Zohr gas development offshore Egypt, before being transferred and liquefied by the Damietta LNG plant for export to international markets. #oott

BREAKING: According to Israeli intelligence sources, Pakistan has mediated on behalf of Saudi Arabia to bring Iran's Islamic regime into the Mecca Alliance, under which both countries will not only put an end to hostilities, but also protect each other from external threats.
The Iranian Islamic regime's membership in the Mecca Alliance could accelerate Saudi Arabia's domestic ballistic missile programs. Technology transfers provided by Iran's regime could enable Saudi Arabia to design, develop, and produce nuclear warheads for its ballistic missiles, posing an extensive threat to the State of Israel.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Officials from the Mecca Joint Defence Agreement countries (Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Pakistan) are meeting Iranian officials in Tehran to discuss de-escalation and regional security. This is not an effort to bring Iran into the alliance.

Since Windward’s October 20 forecast, oil from the leaking tanker off Umm Al Quwain has come ashore as expected and moved up the coast. It now threatens the seawater intake of the 150 MIGD NAQA’A desalination plant, the largest in the northern emirates.
Windward’s remote-sensing intelligence from October 24 shows a coastal current carrying oil northeast onto the Ras Al Khaimah shore, with the tanker still at anchor and a service vessel alongside.
No plant has reported a shutdown so far. If the leak continues, more oil is likely to reach the Ras Al Khaimah coast.
