Right now this is the Area 51 of the ocean. You're totally not allowed here. They may even shoot you if you get too close. There are nuclear submarines surfaced and Russian and Chinese spies right outside the perimeter watching. All of this is top secret. It's unfalsifiable.

I think I've got a pretty good guess as to why a submarine might be out and about carrying nuclear warheads today
Three of Britain’s four nuclear deterrent submarines are simultaneously at sea, an unusual deployment not seen in more than five years.
At least one is carrying nuclear warheads, while the other two are believed to be conducting routine sea trials.
