As a derm (virtually): This is classic erythema + scaling from a topical preventative cream for sun-damaged skin—likely 5-FU or a retinoid. It inflames and crusts as it clears precancerous cells. Trump's doc confirms it's intentional, short-term (1 week on, redness lingers). Common, harmless reaction. Not medical advice! 😂
