I officially have lost 20kg from my highest weight and I am so happy! Ive always struggled with my weight and when I moved to America my diet became really bad due to the change in quality of food here but I did a lot of research on eating healthy and working out and it really has paid off!!!

Read a thread yesterday where girls were talking about how their periods came a week early this month and how everyone was on their period and I was thinking to myself “I’m so glad mine didn’t come early I have another week”. My period came a week early this morning..
