Our paper in Joint Bone Spine shows the first link between a novel CNNM2 variant & early-onset CPPD.
The variant drives renal Mg wasting → chronic #hypomagnesemia. This expands the CNNM2 phenotype & urges genetic testing in atypical #CPPD.
