INTERVIEW WITH MANAGER WORKING AT COWBOY’S SMOKEHOUSE: Diligent says Ralph “can’t know one way or the other” because he wasn’t at Cowboy Smokehouse that night. So I spoke to the manager who was there that night filling in for Ralph Perkins. He had stopped in for a Coke and to check on the restaurant. It wasn’t packed, and he remembers getting a good look at the customer. He was sitting alone, where the restaurant typically puts customer’s who come in solo. “I just don’t think it was him based off of what I saw. And I got a good look” says the manager. I asked what the man was wearing. “He was wearing a red, white, and black hoodie, kind of gothic styled type thing.” He also remembered dark jeans and white sneakers. I asked whether the man had a hat on or seemed to be trying to hide his face. “No, he wasn’t wearing a hat. He wasn’t covering his face. I mean, to me, he wasn’t trying to hide himself at all, whoever this individual was” the manager said. The Dairy Queen image being circulated shows a maroon short sleeved shirt and a black cap. Tyler was seen wearing these clothes at a Dairy Queen in Orem, UT at 6:38 PM on September 10, 2025. When I asked the manager if that matches the description of the man eating at the restaurant he said “I don’t think the guy’s facial structure that I saw matches.” He also brought up the Gabby Petito case. He says he was at the restaurant when Petito and Brian Laundrie came in, although he wasn’t their server. When investigators later called, the restaurant pulled its records to help establish their movements. I asked him about identifying the couple in that case: “Oh yeah, no, absolutely. I mean, it was easy.” So what was different this time? What made anyone think this customer might have been Robinson? “The guy’s head shape was similar. I don’t think he had the same features. I think his nose was different and all of that.” He also questioned the route itself, and I asked him if Diligent would know about it. “If you’re driving from Salt Lake to St. George, Panguitch is not really, like, on the way.” He talked through the mountain crossings and the longer alternatives through Zion or toward Colorado City. And there’s another detail people keep getting wrong: the receipt shows payment at 9:47 p.m., not 8:55. 8:55 was when the order was entered. If someone is trying to build a timeline from Panguitch, 9:47 is the time they have to work from. I also asked whether the customer had a cellphone out. He told me the customer was scrolling on his phone. The customer had his cellphone out and was using it. I asked because if phone location or activity records exist, those could actually help test whether Robinson was there instead of leaving the whole thing to memory and blurry images. Then I asked what the employees themselves are saying now: “I’ve had a chance to talk with all of them.” About the female employee: “And the lady, she just told me basically the same thing I told you, that we saw him, we just don’t think it was him.” And about the young man whose interview Diligent keeps reposting: “I think he has some big regrets on how what he said was taken out of context.” Ralph had already told me that employee was mortified and unhappy with how the interview was edited. Now the manager is telling me the same “headless” employee has regrets, the female employee doesn’t think it was Robinson, and he personally got a good look at the customer and doesn’t think it was him either. Then he described what all of this has done to the people who work there: “We’re being harassed constantly on this issue, and I just don’t understand why that makes sense.” The manager who was there says he got a good look at the customer and doubts it was Tyler Robinson. And the employees Diligent keeps pointing to are not telling the same story he keeps selling to his audience.

I was going to address this, but @byRegie did an excellent job.
Negligent Denizen has me blocked but I saw this nonsense on the timeline and I must respond. This moron found a timestamp and called it a crime. That date comes from a field OSINT tools label "last profile edit." It's profile metadata, not a sign-in log. It doesn't record who made the change, how, or why. His own warrant screenshot sinks him. Investigators asked Google for login IPs, devices, and recently used devices from August 27 to September 12, 2025. That's the record that shows who had access. A profile date from last weekend doesn't. Apple ID? Any email can be an Apple ID username. A Google profile date says nothing about Apple. Same move as Panguitch. Same move as the rooftop crawl. One data point, stretched until it says what you need. An absolute fraud.

You don’t put paper towels on Nike Book 1’s.
He said, “What would you have used?” I said, “Paper towel.” He said, “That’s why I used the sponge.”

Leah took down her GoDaddy AOL inspired website between late 2025 and early 2026. It reads like she read Tom Clancy, watched Homeland, and threw a website together. I can see why she took it down.

She really went with “Black Widow Global”? It’s funny, and it’s an easy target, but it’s more than that. The name reveals a basic lack of institutional understanding. No serious intelligence professional would name their company that. No serious corporate decision-maker, and especially no government agency, would hire a firm with that name. It immediately raises red flags. Picture an intel committee hearing: “So let me get this straight. You hired Black Widow Global… to do what, exactly? Because that sounds ominous.” You might as well call it “Off-the-Books Wet Works Inc.” The name itself is comedic evidence of someone with zero awareness of industry norms and standards.

My historical X/Twitter username resolver is best in class. The database will continue to grow as this becomes a vital tool for law enforcement and OSINT companies. Plans to expand into other social media platforms are in the works. 😎
Built a local X/Twitter historical handle resolver around the stable numeric user ID. It resolves current handles, rejects false merges, preserves provenance, stores confirmed ID↔handle observations, supports resumable batch/archive ingestion, and gets smarter/faster as the local corpus grows.

But…. Baron Coleman said it was perfectly legal and ethical to investigate people like Thomas McDonald (Uncle Tom). 🤷‍♀️
Don't tell me what I can't do... If I get sent a clip that is funny, I'm going to use it.

Anyone being objective who watches leahfiles interview on Shawn Ryan knows she’s not who she pretends to be. Her company Black Widow Global has been awarded zero government contracts. That’s one less than her former firm. It’s barely a year old.

I would guess if @ShawnRyan762 @ShawnRyanShow knew that Leah Files was related to @danpfeiffer @LarryPfeifferDC maybe he asks her about that. Seeing as how she tells their stories.
Leah, I chose not to release your episode because I personally had serious concerns about the truthfulness of your statements. I take what I put out on my platform seriously for myself and for my listeners. For the sake of transparency, here's the full interview so everyone can watch and draw their own conclusions. As for my investments, I've intentionally made them public, as you see on my LinkedIn. I invest in Shield AI and Anduril for no other reason than I believe in their ability to develop technology that equips and protects the American warfighter. That's something deeply personal to me that I believe in. @leahfiles

That time Thomas admitted he didn’t care if David muppetmasher stole the Givesendgo money.
In a space @TommyLaRussoLLC discusses the @GiveSendGo that Muppet set up saying "I don't know Muppet @MuppetMasher that well. I don't know him from Adam. Never seen the guy. Don't know his personal life. Nothing." He goes on to say "I do not have control over the funds. If something happens and Muppet is not who he turns out to be and he just like runs off, personally me, I don't care." Thomas has now publicly stated he has no control over the funds and he does not care if supporters of the crowdsourcing are defrauded. "He's just as deserving anyway." - Thomas McDonald
