More evacuations along the San Juan River in NM from Navajo Dam past Shiprock. The river could reach near Major Flood Stage.
Evacuations are also along the Animas and La Plata Rivers. The Animas reached a record 13.99' crest near the state line.

Extremely concerning: the San Juan River at Pagosa Springs is now forecast to rise to nearly 20 feet tomorrow morning.
That would be the highest level ever recorded there, and by nearly two feet. Considerably higher than last week’s flood, also.

Actually. If this proof is correct, it means 3-SAT can be solved in sub exponential time. 3-SAT is NP-complete, so we can reduce other NP-complete problems to it (and then solve it in sub exponential time).

Farmington has surpassed its 1909 flood record. The river at Shiprock is forecast to crest at 23.17 feet just after midnight.
If you live near the river, be ready to evacuate. Stay away from floodwaters. #NMwx
