That's the EXACT €165 that "disappeared" between
their chat quote and their invoice.
They fixed their own billing error.
And kept the €3,683 they stole. #goscam #gothieves #scam

Case 2 (€2,530): ignored. This is not customer service, this is reputation management for thieves. #scam
9. CHARGEBACKS FILED
I didn't just complain. I fought back with my banks. Screenshots related to this dispute with bookings, payment proofs and Insurance emails, were provided.
@Go_voyages ignored @RevolutApp's request. But this isn't enough. This company needs to be STOPPED.

Their agent calculated "80% refund" on €1,910.40 GBPBut their invoice shows base fare: €1,196.27 #goscam #scam
6 THE INSURANCE TRAP @Go_voyages
I paid EXTRA for "Garantie annulation toutes causes" = Cancel any reason insurance 24h notice.(617€ in services for 3 tickets). On my payment page, it became:
"Tarif Super Flex"= A fare type. Not insurance. #goscam #govoyagesyouneedtogo
5 SYSTEM FAILURE , actively requesting TO STOP THE TRANSACTION cancel the “unconfirmed booking” on July 7th,2026 at 00:41 a.m. 95+hours before the 11th July. BEFORE tickets were even generated, which was when boarding had closed.

@IATA after more than 2 hours passed trying to reach @Go_voyages and asking them to generate the tickets, stated that it is automated it will take less than 24 hours. They explicitly asked for the tickets cancellation before issuance. @Go_voyages agent refused.
@IATA same airline-rule not documented while buying plane tickets for 1152,24€ for 2 passengers from @Go_voyages. Denied boarding, customer support was contacted, stalled. They met another colleague who had the same issue and bought together 3 new return tickets for 2695,84€.
