Quick thought:
The rewards of being great are disproportionate.
imo the only sustainable path to mastery is genuine curiosity, love of the game, and the urge to keep pushing beyond what already exists.

saving young folks one at the time by hiring them, have them spend time in the factory, make steel, lift steel, eat well, delete social media, find a gf/bf they love, & get off that fucking hell train of consuming and creating shit products/content.
3 success so far, more to come

Live action with real robots instead of animation: episode 3!
This was the very first take. Pretty much everything went wrong and I almost stopped filming. Then I realized Microduck was giving an Oscar-winning performance.
Enjoy!

There may not be many people left in 10 years who can write, or want to read, things longer than a page or two. But there will be at least a few of us, and we'll be a powerful club.

We just restarted mass cold email to promote Gojiberry(dot)ai.
500K emails in August. 1M next month.
In the first 48 hours, we’ve already sent 28,000+ emails.
10 different ICPs.
6 different copies per ICP.
The goal is to test at scale, identify the ICP + messaging combinations that perform best, then massively increase volume once we nail the winners.
We booked 6 demos and got 50+ positive answers.
Cold email still works extremely well.
BUT there’s one rule you can’t ignore anymore:
You need to provide real value upfront.
If your first email is just another sales pitch, it simply doesn’t work.

Fransız bir Yu-Gi-Oh! hayranı, 7 ayda kendi başına 3D düello sistemi geliştirdi.
• 3600 kartı tanıyan çipler yaptı
• Kart koyunca 3D canavar sahaya geliyor
• Çağırma anında kamera otomatik değişiyor
First, the main problem with Sales Navigator:
→ Filters are way too broad
No surprise it leads to generic messages and low response rates.
Client example:
→ B2B site
→ Outdated tech stack
→ High ad spend
→ 80% bounce rate
→ Low conversions
= Perfect ICP for a website agency.
How do you find that in SalesNav?
You don’t.
