Dear ZL Community, This is a heartfelt message to you for being one of ZeroLend's early supporters - a shrimp, shark, whale, or megalodon (based on our Discord roles). You represent what ZeroLend is and it is because of you that ZeroLend has grown into the protocol that it is today 🙏 As of writing this post, the protocol has: • 190M+ TVL • 650M+ $ZERO staked • 16,000+ unique holders • Largest lending market on Linea/zkSync/XLayer -- We see the airdrop as a way of giving back to the amazing community that has stuck with us for so long. A project that raised a 3 million funding round and allocated 18% of the airdrop, with 40% upfront shows our commitment to fulfilling this promise. We acknowledge that while most users received a healthy drop, not everybody was happy about it. Executing a massive airdrop is super hard, even for bigger projects with billion-dollar valuations 🙈 The biggest winners of the ZERO airdrop were community members who supplied LP in the early days of ZL. -- The token launch for us is not the end but rather the beginning of something beautiful, and magnificent. We have a very clear roadmap ahead. Staking, ecosystem airdrops, isolated pools, and a few major milestones lined up. Time to keep our heads down and hustle. Again. 🙇‍♂️

Shit this really works, so simple… Everyone who is using Telegram for business communications should bookmark this guide! Thanks @GotransferM
Life hack 👋: 4 simple steps (+visual guide!) how to never miss important messages in Telegram - we call it "unread folder on steroids" (our secret technique!). Get to zero inbox in @telegram - and retweet to help others to learn this hack! 1⃣ Open settings 2⃣ => Chat Folders 3⃣ Add "Unread" folder Now you've got a folder with all the unread messages. But it is still useless as it is cluttered with all the updates from channels and groups 😡 Totally kills the zero inbox logic. So last step, simple, but the most important one: 4⃣ 🪄 Long-tap on every conversation where you don't need to reply (likely channels and groups), and remove from the group (on iOS, this option will appear in pop-up, on Android, long tap => "three dots" in the top-right corner) . It will take 5 mins max to weed out everything that is not important. Wash-rinse-repeat. BANG 💫✨💫! Now you've got a folder with every conversation that is relevant and needs to be answered.

Telling your client “I put the works on halt unless X is cleared”, this is de facto a declaration of war, and should be avoided at any cost. Any client would be infuriated, even if you are 99% right. This is not negotiating, this is a THREATENING.

Imagine your client telling you: “I am not satisfied for some reason, so I am not paying you for work done unless I am satisfied”. These statements destroy trust: you can’t be 100% sure you get paid, client can’t be 100% sure that you will not take remaining work as hostage.

Sometimes clients can be very problematic. Their expectations can be very different from yours. Still, you should never threat your client like a terrorist.
