@CameronHorner (Ave Maria) stole the show. Grad transfer RHP looking for a new home this fall, and after today's performance, programs better move fast. 🏃💨

COLTS-LIONS trivia, one winner, $1500 + $1500 to animal shelter/rescue of choice: Name the QB that was on the training camp roster with the Lions at age 36---and with the Colts at age 44 (!). Must retweet w/answer, + name of your animal shelter. Deadline 9am ET Thurs. 🙂✌️🏈
As a hitting coach I think it’s very important to make sure hitters don't go into swing mode during training.
Machine work has become a huge part of training hitters and for good reason, as hitters need to be challenged to prepare for what they’re going to see on gameday.
Cont'd off the example above, lets create an environment that emphasizes hammering heaters in + counts:
Environment: iPitch heaters simulating low 90s w/ mixed locations.
Goal: Bat Speed above current avg and swing at heaters in the heart of the plate/take on the edges.
Two previous assistants moved on to full time D1 assistant positions. Former head coach is now in professional baseball. Great place to learn, grow, and showcase your ability to help players get better.
Ave Maria University (FL) is looking to add two stipend/grad assistants for this coming year. Small stipend and tuition for MBA covered if desired.
