● 💢 ● BREAKING NOW: CONVICTED MURDERER ESCAPES TENNESSEE PRISON — INVESTIGATORS RELEASE VIDEO OF STOLEN GETAWAY TRUCK
NATIONAL ALERT — CONVICTED TENNESSEE KILLER JACOB ALLEN MORLEY BREAKS OUT OF PRISON, DEEMED ‘EXTREMELY DANGEROUS’ AS U.S. MARSHALS TWO RIVERS VIOLENT FUGITIVE TASK FORCE TAKES CASE
I’ll cover this case tomorrow alongside @DogBountyHunter. Remain vigilant. Do not approach the escaped prisoner. Do not apprehend. If seen, dial 911 immediately.
A man serving life for murder has escaped a Tennessee prison. Now investigators say surveillance video shows him stealing a pickup truck.
Jacob Allen Morley, 28, remains the subject of a manhunt after escaping the Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville, Tennessee, on Sunday, October 25.
According to the Tennessee Department of Correction, staff confirmed Morley was missing around 11:30 p.m. Sunday and immediately conducted an emergency count and search. Investigators reviewed security footage and determined he breached the perimeter fence while wearing his prison uniform. Officials have not publicly explained precisely how he got through the fence. (tn.gov, apnews.com)
THE TRUCK TO WATCH FOR:
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says newly obtained video shows Morley stealing a WHITE 2008 FORD F-350 around 1 a.m. Monday, October 26, from the 400 block of Keystone Drive in Lake County.
• TENNESSEE LICENSE PLATE: 138BBQV
• COMPANY MARKINGS: “Lindamood Planting Company” on the side
Those details could help someone recognize the vehicle. They do not establish where Morley or the truck is now. (actionnews5.com)
Morley was serving a life sentence following his conviction in Carter County for first-degree murder. TDOC also lists convictions for aggravated burglary, tampering with evidence, evading arrest and vandalism.
The murder victim was his co-worker, Cody Birchfield, who was killed in 2022. According to the Associated Press, Birchfield’s body was discovered in a box beneath Morley’s home after he had been missing for several weeks. Authorities also said Morley previously led deputies on a chase that ended in North Carolina. (tn.gov, apnews.com)
MORLEY’S DESCRIPTION:
• Age 28
• Approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall
• Approximately 240 pounds
• Brown hair and green eyes
• TDOC inmate number 674793
He has been added to Tennessee’s Most Wanted list and should be considered dangerous. A reward of UP TO $2,500 is available for information leading to his arrest. (tn.gov)
State officials say local, state and federal authorities are coordinating the search. Residents are being asked to check doorbell cameras, home surveillance systems, trail cameras and hunting cameras for possible sightings or suspicious activity. (comptroller.aem.extglb.tn.go…)
DO NOT APPROACH HIM OR ATTEMPT TO STOP THE TRUCK.
For a sighting, call 911 immediately. Information can also be reported to:
TBI: 1-800-TBI-FIND — 1-800-824-3463
TDOC: 1-844-TDC-FIND — 1-844-832-3463
Take a good look at the face. Remember the truck and plate. Please share the verified information—and send sightings directly to investigators. (tn.gov, ext.glb.mytn.gov)

Security Alert: U.S. Mission Saudi Arabia (October 28, 2026)
Effective October 23, 2026, the Department of State ordered non-emergency U.S. government employees and U.S. government employee family members to leave Saudi Arabia due to safety risks.
Iranian-supported Houthis have engaged in hostilities against Saudi Arabia, including attacks on civilian airports and other critical infrastructure resulting in civilian casualties and severe travel disruptions. The hostilities have the potential to escalate rapidly beyond that immediate area.
U.S. government employees working in Saudi Arabia require special authorization from Chief of Mission to use any airport in Saudi Arabia following recent missile and UAV attacks on airports in the Kingdom.
- King Khalid International Airport (RUH) in Riyadh announced a partial reopening as of October 23 for domestic flights and some international flights operated by national carriers. A limited number of flights normally based at RUH are operating out of Qassim-based Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz International Airport (ELQ).
- Operations at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah (JED) are operational with some delays and cancellations.
- Operations at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam (DMM) are operational with some delays and cancellations.
U.S. citizens should be aware of potential attacks on airports, airspace closures, flight cancellations, and travel disruptions. Please take extreme caution if you choose to use airports in Saudi Arabia. We recommend checking your flight departure status directly with the airline and with the airport.
