Been self-hosting everything on Hetzner with Slasha since earlier this year. Best decision. (Slasha is a self-hosting tool I built) github.com/slashacom/slasha

New on our Engineering blog: Creating in-house source control. In May, we merged around 2,500 code changes per day. In September, we merged more than 30,000 per day. As a result, we became bottlenecked by developer infrastructure built for human (rather than agent) scale. Here, we share how we built a new version control system—and fully migrated our monorepo from git—in five months: anthropic.com/engineering/re…

This the best reviewing tool, I have used so far in this agentic era. I want a review companion while I review code. I want my agents to help me investigate something caught to my eyes. I want my agents to run some experiments and do additional checks for me. And maybe some dedicated roles and passes on aspects like security, performance, etc. It is not there yet but close! Thanks for building this @nilbuild
Diffity is now an open-source Mac app 🚀 Review diffs and pull requests with Claude in the loop. Leave comments, then send them to GitHub or Claude to fix. github.com/nilbuild/diffity

if you're a developer spend less time learning frameworks and more time learning ▫️ Product thinking ▫️ Design instincts ▫️ User psychology ▫️ Marketing and distribution ▫️ Talking to customers coding skills alone might not be enough anymore.
