curious how everyone who genuinely votes with their daughters’ best interests in mind is constantly labeled “far right” or a “nazi”

A cartoon depicting a man at a voting booth with an American flag. His daughter asks, "WHO ARE YOU VOTING FOR, DADDY?" He replies, "You." The humor reflects how parents consider their children's future when voting. By Adam Zyglis, 2020.

I do know a lot of smart developers who's whole identity is to be the smartest person in the room. It's all they have, and now that's being taken away from them. That's crisis-inducing. I totally understand that.

I don't know a single developer who's better and smarter than Opus 5.5. Why are you still so obsessed with handholding it and reviewing every little thing it does? You should let it review your work, not the other way around.

Every time someone says "ai can't write good code", I know that they can't write good code.

To be fair, I experience the same thing with most of my male colleagues, except with them, it's mainly about sports or gaming

I might get a lot of hate for saying this, but I find most of my female friends very boring to talk to. Almost every conversation revolves around travelling, makeup, reels, trends, or ranting. I never find myself having conversations with them about ideas, ambitions, experiences, or anything deeper.

Made Omarchy default file explorer feel a little more at home! 📁 No new file explorer, just some styling to make Nautilus blend nicely with Omarchy's look and feel. github.com/omas-best/oma-fil…

I see where you're coming from, but I see things quite differently. I also think the whole "Stop Omarchy" thing is pretty ridiculous, to be honest. Either way, I appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective!

Thrilled to welcome @spacexai as a Founding Corporate Patron for the Omacom Foundation. That's $1,500,000 in @grok tokens for the maintenance and development of Omarchy. Maybe soon they'll be beamed straight from orbit? Let's go 🚀🌕 omarchy.org/news/2026/10/spa…

Well over FIVE THOUSAND plugins now for Omarchy. And that's just the ones that have been published! Thousands more are truly bespoke and individualized creations just for the maker themselves. This is a whole new age of software for sure.
