I spent years stressing over budgets. Turns out making my coffee at home didn’t move the needle. I spent years buying assets, hoping they would rapidly appreciate in value. Turns out investments take time, and hope isn’t a strategy. What actually changed EVERYTHING was adding new income streams. It is incredible what even just an additional few thousand dollars a month does for your life. I’m not saying you shouldn’t track your money, or that you shouldn’t invest. But I am saying that those should NOT be your entire strategy. Unless you want to be miserable with an extra 100 dollars a month to show for it, or be rich when you’re 85 years old. Start a side-hustle in 2024. I guarantee it will change everything, whether that first hustle makes money, or not.
