We have seen the viral post on TikTok from @SafeHavenBox1. Unfortunately, under NM § 24-22-5, "pursuant to the provisions of the Abuse and Neglect Act" CYFD still has to make efforts to reunify and find bio family. If you want this changed, contact your #nmleg-islator.
