We received this week the official photo of the OUH staff awards, that took place on 9th of June. We were Finalist 2021. The team was looming, not everyone was on the photo. The team trained 423 nurses on that period (OSCE), and Bridging Programme was launched

Overjoyed to welcome another group of International Nurses joining OUH. We talked about Bridging Programme study days, and how it links with their career progression here at OUH. It was lovely to meet you all face to face (or shall we say mask to mask?) on Monday.

Empowering our International Nurses to support learners in practice. 154 nurses completed the Practice Supervisor study day, the final day of the Bridging Programme.
The philosophy of the programme is to support International Nurses new to the UK through discussion, reflection, evidence-based teaching and learning strategies.
