The refrigerator has not been delivered. Yet it says it’s delivered.

@WhirlpoolCEO why is it hard to get a simple ordered delivered ? Why isn’t there transparency ? After a failed attempt for delivery — you guys are unable to figure out when to deliver again — wtf.

Today it was scheduled to be delivered. The refrigerator came and then the delivery person let us know that they haven’t sent the right team — as they had to take out our old refrigerator, install a new one and hauler the old one.
Stay at home waiting for delivery — we are sorry we sent the wrong team — we will try again tomorrow possibly — how in the world this possible in 2024 ? #NoCustomerEmpathy

I have always been amazed by the engineering behind sending rockets into space. It’s even more impressive when people are in those rockets. I would imagine all the testing and work needed to make sure everything worked together. Hundreds of thousands of parts moving at speeds faster than sound—it seemed so complex.
Now, when I watch SpaceX, it feels so easy. They make it look like magic. It’s almost as if anyone could do it. I know it’s still very hard and took a lot of innovation. But to the average person, it looks like they’re just flying machines and catching huge boosters with “chopsticks.” It’s crazy and incredible.
