Two-thirds of Ontario is voting on a server nobody can audit and ballots are already going to the wrong people
In 87 Ontario towns, a person with a pencil counts your vote while scrutineers watch, but in the other 272, a company does it on a server, with no paper trail and no way to check the result.
Roughly 66% of municipalities voting this month are going online, up from 217 (or just 52%) four years ago. As internet voting expands, mail-in ballots are declining, increasingly pushed aside by the shift to digital voting.
Yet in some municipalities, the problems started as early voting began.
In North Bay, Linda Fuller received four voter letters: her husband’s, three for strangers, and none for herself. Carol Couture got four, including one for a relative who had died. Kevin Ferris was mailed a PIN for the man who sold him his house 17 years ago. “If somebody wanted to use somebody else’s ballot,” Ferris said, “it doesn’t seem very complicated.”
There is no provincial standard preventing any of this because there is no provincial rule at all. A peer-reviewed study by researchers James Burnett and Alexander Essex found Ontario’s municipal elections carry some of the highest concentrations of online voting in the world, with no federal or provincial requirements for certification, testing or auditing. Cities adopt and procure the technology on their own, through deliberations that are largely non-public.
Ottawa read the same literature as other municipalities and opted out of voting online, continuing with mail-in ballots. Its own staff told council that internet voting remains a significant and ongoing security concern, that no provincial certification standards exist, and that since none of the current systems produce a paper ballot, a recount would be impossible.
Despite this, certain jurisdictions like Uxbridge went the other way.
In April 2025, council voted to make the 2026 election an internet-only pilot project with a PIN that arrives in the mail. Voters enter it alongside their birthday and voila, done.
When Councillor Pam Beach asked what happens to rural residents whose internet services drop, or to a senior who hits the wrong key and votes for the wrong person, she was promised a communication plan and “really good how-to guides.”
At the September all-candidates forum, an Uxbridge resident named Henry put it more plainly: his bank and his CRA account warn him about online fraud every time he logs in, yet council handed 10 days of voting to software contractors with no feasible way for residents to audit the data.
With Mayor Barton having delegated strong-mayor powers to the unelected CAO, he asked, who is actually running Uxbridge?
“Is it election contractors? Is it the unelected CAO?,” he asked.
The contractor Uxbridge is using is Intellivote Systems Inc. of Dartmouth, N.S.
In 2015 it told the federal agency ACOA it was shutting down, then bid on and won Halifax’s election contract weeks later. In July 2022, three months before running internet voting in dozens of Ontario towns, it entered creditor protection in the Nova Scotia Supreme Court owing $1.7 million to the federal government and $5.4 million to Nova Scotia taxpayers. Under the court-approved plan, creditors were left to recover just pennies on the dollar, leaving taxpayers to absorb the bulk of the unpaid debt.
That is the company Uxbridge’s deputy clerk assured council was “continually battle-testing” its software.
Ontario has been here before. On election night in 2018, the Dominion Voting digital system used by 51 municipalities slowed to a crawl after a subcontracted internet provider throttled capacity to one-tenth of design.
Towns from Sudbury to Kingston extended voting by an hour while places like Collingwood and Kawartha Lakes ended up adding a full day to make up for voters being unable to cast their ballots as scheduled.
Eight years and two election cycles later, the number of towns going online has only grown, while the number of rules governing them is still zero.
Towns argue that paper ballots cost more, and on a municipality-by-municipality basis, they often do, but a recount that cannot be meaningfully conducted comes at a cost, too.

🚨 NOW: Michigan Governor candidate John James just UNLEASHED on stage with President Trump
"The Democrats have been in charge for Michigan for eight years! We're 42nd in infrastructure, 43rd in economy, 45th in education, 46th overall!"
"They want to blame Trump, but we all have the same president!"
"We are failing under the leadership of Jocelyn Benson that is corrupt — and she will take us to a dark, dark place."
"So I'll tell you what, if you want to protect childhood innocence, you better vote like it."
"If you want to protect your Second Amendment rights, you better vote like it."
"If you want to protect your right to privacy, you better vote like it. And if you want to protect the United States of America, you better vote like it!"
James is running against psycho MI Sec. of State Jocelyn Benson, who is presiding over her OWN ELECTION
He just laid it all out there. How could Michigan voters even consider continuing this FAILURE for another 4+ years?
VOTE JOHN JAMES AND MIKE ROGERS.

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Sec. Marco Rubio announces Venezuela's Maduro-era election machinery "was designed to RIG elections" and MUST be completely replaced before a new presidential vote is held
TRUMP-RUBIO PLAN:
- Overhaul Venezuela's Supreme Court with 32 new justices by the end of 2026
- Replace the rigged National Electoral Council shortly after and strip its power to ban candidates
- Formally declare captured ex-dictator Nicolas Maduro's permanent absence once reforms are in place
- Hold a free presidential election within 6 months of that declaration
RUBIO: "I think we're making real progress in that regard...But if anybody tries to derail that process, they're doing a great harm to Venezuela."
After capturing Maduro and bringing him to New York to face justice, Trump and Rubio are making sure his rigged voting machine is OFFICIALLY OVER 🇻🇪🇺🇸

The DSA is laying a multi-sided trap for 2028. On one side, they plan to have street riots break out like in France. On the other, they’re planning backdoor legal games in statehouses. And the midterms are just the beginning.
@DataRepublican exposed that their goal with the street riots is to force Trump into invoking the Insurrection Act. Then, Democrats can frame military presence as "tyranny" and defy federal authority.
Meanwhile, a separate report by Jason Snead exposes the second leg of the strategy: the National Popular Vote Compact. Backed by left-wing statehouse operatives, it only needs four more states to sign on before electors can overrule their own state’s voters, creating a legal "doomsday machine" designed to trigger mass chaos before an election is even certified.
The real prize isn't taking the White House. It’s what they’ve always wanted: if they can create enough chaos to erase public trust in our institutions, they can usher in the total destruction of our Constitution and replace it with their own power.

"We do not need abortion, Sharia law, or socialism. We don’t need any of that back in the United States."
"All Democrats, even anybody that claims to be a Democrat, alarms me. They are stupid."

🦅⛔️🌹🛢️ : Mark Carney now admits there is no defined timeline for consultations with First Nations on major projects, like the Pacific Link pipeline, approved under the Building Canada Act.
So instead of building projects rapidly, Mark Carney is admitting he is adding more layers of red tape, companies must jump through.
This is exactly how projects cost billions of dollars, before anything is even done, beyond consultations.
This is exactly why the taxpayer is forced to pay for projects that run way, way over budget.
The Prime Minister has the authority to build major projects, but refuses to assert that authority. All while stringing the people of Alberta along, with promises of real rapid economic growth via an MOU.
The only thing that MOU has accomplished so far, is to solidify the green agenda taxation and fee structures.
Again, Carney is gifting First Nations power over our economy, while asking nothing in return.

The gay community in America is begging you to reject Abdul El-Sayed as Senator in Michigan
“I'm a gay person, and if you were to ask me if I support Abdul El-Sayed, I would say f*ck no. First of all, why would I want to vote for someone who believes that people like me should be dead and who also believes in a religion that's harmful not only to me but people of different faiths, women, children and basically anyone who doesn't participate in that ideology or religion.
Why would I support that? And why would I also support someone who has not condemned the Muslim Brotherhood or condemned his own ties to the Muslim Brotherhood? A group, by the way, who believes in the destruction Of the democracy of America and America as we know it”
“Why would I support someone like that? Why?”
This man is absolutely right to be horrified of Abdul El-Sayed and any Muslims being elected. It takes us closer to Sharia Law
There are still many Islamic countries that kill and beat gay people just for being gay
I am so happy to see the gay community finally waking up to Islam and being scared of what’s to come. We haven’t vote Red

TRANSLATION:
First Round
Abstentions: 33.5 million (21%)
Blank votes: 2.3 million (2%)
Invalid votes: 3.7 million (3%)
Voter turnout: 125.3 million (79%)
Other candidates: 9.5 million (8%)
Second Round
Abstentions: 30.4 million (21%)
Blank votes: 1.4 million (1%)
Invalid votes: 2.7 million (2%)
Voter turnout: 128.1 million (81%)
Lula: 64.1 million (51.8%)
Flávio: 59.7 million (48.2%)
Between abstentions, blank votes, and invalid votes, they somehow found 5 million additional votes.
Add that to the 9.5 million votes cast for other candidates in the first round, and you have a pool of approximately 14 million new votes.
Flávio gained 4 million votes, going from 56 million to 60 million.
Lula gained 10 million votes, going from 54 million to 64 million.
All figures are rounded.
Of this pool of 14 million votes, Flávio received 29%, while Lula received 71%.
And this happened despite the fact that 10 million of those 14 million votes came from voters who had supported other candidates with more right-leaning political profiles.
The whole thing is so extraordinary that it is extremely difficult to believe.
It’s as if, in just three weeks, voters who had signaled a turn to the right suddenly made a sharp turn to the left.
It’s hard not to think about those two extra hours.
