I am beyond exhausted. I've spent the entire day reaching out to anyone and everyone I can, trying to find support for our soldiers and the civilians still living here in Donetsk Oblast. We are on the verge of a humanitarian crisis. Curfew is expected to increase to 19 hours a day. Businesses are packing up and leaving. The situation is getting worse, and the people who remain are going to need more help than ever. And somehow, at the worst possible time, my Facebook account has been restricted following what I believe was a mass-reporting attack, and my Instagram has been deactivated. I've started a LinkedIn account, and I'll be putting more effort into my other platforms while I try to resolve this mess with Meta. linkedin.com/in/april-hugget… It's incredibly disappointing. Especially when social media is one of the most important tools I have to reach people willing to help. I feel like the #US government has turned its back on us, and every day it becomes harder to find the support we desperately need. But tomorrow I'll get up and keep working, because my soldiers still need equipment, civilians still need assistance, and none of this stops just because I'm exhausted.
