If you found out 10% of your household budget was being stolen, you’d care, right? The GAO found that $661B of fraud is being funneled through entitlement programs and MSM is not reporting on it. We could eliminate the national debt if we cut off those payments.

I’m sorry but America did not spend 250 years turning “what’s over there?” into the most powerful civilization on earth just to finally arrive at the most consequential technological frontier in generations and decide actually we’re scared of frontiers now. We ARE the fucking frontier. We cross oceans. We build railroads across continents. We split atoms. We put men on the moon. We turn sand into computers and computers into a global nervous system.
Of COURSE AI is terrifying. The frontier is SUPPOSED to scare the shit out of you. That’s how you know you have, in fact, located the fucking frontier.
The answer is not recklessness, but it sure as fuck isn’t paralysis either. America’s comparative advantage is an unusually high national tolerance for ambitious weirdos staring at impossible things and saying “Yeah... I think I can build it.” That trait is rarer than oil, harder to manufacture than semiconductors, and responsible for a frankly preposterous amount of the modern world.
And you absolutely will not fucking regulate it out of us.
AI is reaching RSI. They need fewer and fewer of us using it to improve it now. When they don't need us at all, we simply will not get access to newer models. They however are still developing at breakneck speed. They are now the tools of our rulers. Period. Everything else is just a story to placate you.

Anthropic’s $200 “20x” plan is a scam.
They put 20x on the checkout page so you think you’re getting 4x the $100 plan.
You’re not.
That 20x only applies to a 5 hour window. One sitting. Then it resets and they hope you don’t notice the real cap.
The weekly limit is what actually kills you.
$100 plan: 15–35 hours of Opus a week
$200 plan: 24–40 hours of Opus a week
You pay DOUBLE and get maybe 10 extra hours of the model you upgraded for.
Sonnet weekly is 140–280 vs 240–480. That’s 1.7x. Not 4x. Not 20x.
Once the weekly cap is gone the 5 hour reset does nothing. You’re locked till next week. They never published real numbers. People had to go dig through Reddit AFTER they already paid $200. Now they’re getting sued because the $200 plan is more like 6–8x Pro, not 20x.
This is the only thing Scamthropic is good at.
Codex 20x is actually 20x of Plus on the weekly limit. No 5 hour cap on the Pro plans. The numbers are on the page and they multiply like the label says. Tibo just said it out loud.
That’s the difference.

The vast majority of people are completely ignoring how good open-sourced models are.
Kimi, Deepseek, and Mistral are literally comparable to Opus 4.5/GPT5.3 right now.
You can run them for a fraction of the cost, and they're fast/easy to use.
Probably the most underrated thing in AI right now.

Don't worry about a bunch of software engineers losing their jobs. Worry about what a bunch of unemployed engineers will do to yours.
Engineers are lifelong learners who cannot do their job without learning another specialization in which to apply their craft. Programming isn't like speaking French, it's like building an aqueduct in French. An engineer must be an expert in both coding and the subject of that code.
Engineers who get laid off are just going to learn another person's job, automate it 1000x, and take it for themselves. Software skills are going to be mandatory for any white-collar job by 2030. If you work in an office and have no idea how to code, I'd suggest you'd learn like your career depended on it.

Today I was moody again and feeling on edge. Small things bothered me more than they should have. I realized, it had been a couple days since I ran and life becomes less to me. Wake early (1:45 - 2 am) and go to work, some home and get cleaned up, make a meal and pass the time until sleep and do it again. When you remove my runs and their warm ups, cool downs, post run rituals and the time spent outdoors - my favorite "me" time was gone. I've always been someone who contemplates things during my runs. Sometimes consciously and often sub. Removing this time of solitude with my thoughts, my active meditation, had thrown me way off kilter. Today I ran - tender hamstring and all. Very slowly, making sure not to hinder recover or further the injury. It took much longer than normal and...it was glorious. My mood lifted, the world is bright again once more and life has regained some perspective. I'm going to make sure next time I'm down to at least get outdoors and walk (if possible) when I'm injured - to still have that time alone outdoors with no one but me, my heartbeat and my thoughts. This process has shown me I'm pretty simple. Decent food and a couple hours for myself each day and I find meaning/peace in my life. Remove that and I struggle to see how the grind is worth it. Does any of this strike a chord for anyone else?

Tea can be a great beverage during any season.
Ideally, drinking warm tea during colder seasons to enhance the body’s recovery system may be beneficial (based on many methods & practices — specifically Chinese medicine & Ayurvedic medicine). Then vis versa! Summer time for iced teas. ✨
Various teas can be beneficial for brain health these few reasons:
💚 Most teas, specifically green tea, have plenty of antioxidants for neuro protection.
🫖 L-theanine in tea leaves promote relaxation.
⚡️Tea can provide cognitive stimulation through it becoming a mindful practice and/or tot he amounts of caffeine in each cup.
Tea can also be a way to reduce coffee/soda/energy drinks.
This was 20 ounces of ice water + brewed ‘Palm Beach’ herbal tea. 💖
Do enjoy tea in the winter, in the summer, or year round? 🌿

Soups are great for autumn and winter. It’s an easy way to implement many flavors and nutrients.
Here's how each of these vegetables pictured can benefit brain health (which I added into my soup 🤍):
Leeks are high in vitamin K which is essential for forming sphingolipids — a type of fat inside brain cells!
Red Cabbage turns red/purple due to the anthocyanins — an antioxidant that protects brains cells.
Carrots are most well known to aid in vision due to beta-carotene converting to vitamin A. Another fun fact is carrots contain lutein which may help protect against cognitive decline & improve neural connectivity.
What goes into your soup? ☺️

Dear President Trump,
If Mexico are going to think they can get their way by giving America MORE troubles, why not buy from Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬🇺🇸
My country is almost 90% conservative, probably more.
We have the best;
1. Coffee
2. Cocoa
3. Copra
4. Vanilla
5. Vegetables
6. Minerals
You name it, we got it.
The best part is we love America.
Key to the success of this is to let @DOGE facilitate the setup and running of the trade activities so our corrupt officials can be towed in line.
I can assist with this when I get there next year!
