We don’t blame every British person for the brutality of British rule in the Indian subcontinent where they killed around 100 million people between 1770 and 1943 France killed millions of people in Africa but we don’t blame every French citizen for France’s colonial crimes in Africa. Even though Argentina does not have a history of overseas colonization or large-scale colonial brutality like Britain, France, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Spain, or the United States.
