Waiting for AI to get better before you start using it is probably one of the worst decisions you can make right now
Think about it... we get so many new models that can do new things
But the people who benefit from them are the ones that try and gain experience
They already know how to use the tools, where they fail and how to build around their limitations
Here's what I'd do to get ahead:
> use AI for work you're actually responsible for, not just random experiments
> try automating things even when you're not sure the models can handle them yet
> when something breaks, spend time understanding why instead of immediately doing it manually
> test new models on workflows you've already built to see what becomes possible
> keep the tools, prompts and skills that work so every new project gets easier
> share what you're building and learn from people experimenting with similar things
And try things that seem difficult, or you think is not possible... that's how you discover interesting use cases
My goal is to scale my AI agency to $30k/month...
So I rebuilt my entire sales funnel with Claude to turn more of my leads into actual customers
This guide is focused on animation, but i used the same tools and method to edit my VSL with Claude Code

I turned Alex Hormozi's strategy for finding customers who actually buy into 4 Claude prompts you can steal 👇
If you want ads that actually sell, save this before you open Claude again
Alex Hormozi breaks it down into one simple order:
Market > Offer > Ads
Most people start with the ads
But the right method is finding the right customers, creating an offer they actually want, and THEN making ads
Here's how I'd use Claude to do all three:
First: If you have customer reviews, sales call notes, or past ad results, upload them to Claude
Step 1: Find the right customers
"Here's my business: [website or description]. Identify 3 customer segments that need my product most. Rank them by how painful their problem is, their ability to pay, how easy they are to reach, and whether the market is growing. Tell me which one you'd target first and why. Be honest."
Step 2: Find out what frustrates them
"Analyze negative reviews of my competitors and identify the 10 most common complaints. Include the exact words customers used, with sources. Focus on the problems people complain about most."
Step 3: Build an offer that fixes the biggest problem
"Using the biggest complaint from step 2, create an offer that solves it better than my competitors. Include a compelling reason to buy and a realistic guarantee that removes the customer's biggest worry."
Step 4: Turn those insights into ads
Open Claude Code with Codex connected and ask:
"Here's my website: [URL]. Analyze relevant ads in the Meta Ad Library, then write 10 ad hooks using the exact customer language from step 2. Pick the 5 strongest and use Codex to turn them into ads."
The trick is using your customers own words...

This is insane... I connected my whole business to Claude and now it knows exactly how many views it takes to land a client
There is ONE thing you need to do before automating anything...
Write down how the work actually gets done
Who does what, where the information comes from, what decisions need to be made and what the finished result should actually be
If the process is not laid out, you can't expect an AI agent to execute it properly...
Tip: ask Claude to interview you about one task, then turn your answers into the steps
PHP2Shell is one of the most serious web vulnerabilities of the year
And most site owners still don't know if they're affected
2 flaws in PHP let anyone run code on your server without any login needed
Around 70% of the web uses PHP, including almost every WordPress site
GPT-5.6 Sol caught it back in August, and the fixes only went out on 21 October
Exploit code is already circulating, so this one can't wait
Here's a prompt that checks your site and tells you exactly what to do (check in comments)
Paste this into Claude Code:
"Two critical PHP vulnerabilities called PHP2Shell (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) were patched on 21 October 2026. They affect PHP 5.4 to 8.5 and allow remote code execution without logging in. Patched versions: 8.2.35, 8.3.36, 8.4.27 and 8.5.12. PHP 7.4, 8.0 and 8.1 only got source-code patches. If you can browse, check php.net for anything newer first.
I want to know if my site is exposed and exactly what to do about it.
1. First work out if my site runs PHP at all. If it's on Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or a JavaScript stack like Next.js, tell me I'm not affected and stop.
2. Check my site from the outside with safe, read-only requests only: response headers, which CMS it runs, and whether it sits behind Cloudflare or another firewall.
3. Most sites hide their PHP version, so tell me exactly where to find it for my setup (hosting panel, WordPress Site Health, or php -v on a server) and wait for me to paste it.
4. If my PHP comes from a Linux package (Ubuntu, Debian, Red Hat), don't judge by the version number. Give me the command that shows whether the fix is installed.
5. Then build me a one-page HTML file called php2shell-check.html with:
- a clear verdict at the top: patched, exposed, not affected or unknown
- my PHP version next to the patched version for my branch
- fix steps for my exact setup in plain English
- what to do tonight if I can't update straight away
- a short message to send my host or developer, ready to copy
Only check sites I own. Never run exploit code, send attack payloads or try to log in.

Here’s how to make Claude more honest, using Andrej Karpathy’s LLM Council

How to build an AI powered cold email system that finds prospects and prepares outreach automatically...
Do this first:
> buy 2-3 separate domains for cold outreach
> create Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes for each domain
> configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC in your DNS settings so email providers can verify your emails
> connect everything to PlusVibe and gradually warm up the inboxes before sending campaigns
You should not skip this part...
Then build the actual pipeline:
1. use Claude Code or Codex to find companies matching your ICP and identify relevant buying signals
2. connect AI Ark to find decision makers and their work emails
3. use MillionVerifier to verify emails and filter out invalid addresses
4. have Claude research each prospect and write personalized opening lines based on their business
5. connect PlusVibe to manage sending schedules, email sequences and follow ups
6. use an agent to classify replies, draft responses and send interested leads to your CRM
7. add a Telegram approval step so you can review responses before anything gets sent
The trick is starting with a small number of emails and scaling only once you've verified the data quality, deliverability and responses
Claude, xAI and OpenAI all launched their own AI agents
So I compared Claude Duet, Grok Bot and Dots in 15 categories to help you pick the right one
THIS IS HUGE... Anthropic just announced Claude Duet
Think Grok Bot or Dots, but built around Claude
Here is what it can do:
> runs on Claude Opus 5.5
> connects to 6,000+ tools and apps
> carries over your Claude memory and skills
> monitors your apps and sends proactive updates
> builds dashboards, apps and projects in background
> runs on its own cloud computer, even when you're offline
The race to build the best personal AI agent is getting very interesting...
You should spend 10 minutes fixing how you use Claude
Here’s what i’d change:
> match the effort to the task
> start a new chat for every new topic
> /clear between tasks in Claude Code
> route agent steps to the cheapest model that works
...
A lot better than running out of Claude halfway through the week...
The full guide + prompts are broken down step by step in the article
Claude Code can now show you how basically any app works, and how you can recreate it...
It's called REA, an open source tool that hit #1 on GitHub this month
Basically, you don't need an app's source code anymore to understand it. You ask Claude how a feature works, and it shows you how
Here's how i'd set it up:
Step 1: paste this into Claude Code:
“Install REA from the official morluto/rea repo. Check that I have Node.js 22 or 24, run the REA setup for Claude Code, then install Ghidra and Java 21 or newer and connect them to REA. Tell me when I need to approve something or restart”
Step 2: approve the setup changes and restart Claude Code
Step 3: ask about one feature, for example:
“Understand how search works in [app], show me the evidence, and build a similar feature for my project”
Way better than guessing how something works from the outside
One thing to note: fake copies with trojans showed up during the hype, so only install from the official morluto/rea repo
