PROFESSOR® | THE BIG MARKET UPDATE
November 2, 2026
EXTREME FEAR. MAXIMUM UNCERTAINTY. A MARKET AT A CRITICAL TURNING POINT.
Good morning, everyone.
The past few days have been extraordinary.
We have witnessed the largest cryptocurrency theft ever reported, another wave of fear across digital assets, aggressive selling pressure, and growing uncertainty throughout global financial markets.
And yet, despite everything, Bitcoin has shown a degree of resilience that deserves serious attention.
There is a difference between a market that is collapsing and a market that is absorbing extraordinary amounts of bad news.
Understanding that difference is what matters now.
I want to walk you through the bigger picture, the technical structure, the psychology behind the recent sell-off, and what I believe could happen next.
Because while the short-term environment remains dangerous, my broader outlook has not changed.
I remain bullish on the bigger picture. But patience is more important than ever.
1. THE BINANCE SHOCK — WHAT THE MARKET IS REALLY TELLING US
On October 29, Binance suffered a security breach involving approximately $6.3 billion in cryptocurrency assets.
To put this into perspective, this was more than four times the size of the Bybit hack in February 2025.
An event of this magnitude would normally be expected to generate severe market disruption.
Yet the initial reaction in Bitcoin was relatively contained compared with the scale of the incident.
That is remarkable.
Markets do not move simply because news is good or bad. They move based on positioning, expectations, available liquidity, and the willingness of participants to buy or sell.
When an extraordinary negative event fails to generate a proportionally extraordinary price decline, it raises an important question:
How much bad news has the market already absorbed?
Binance has committed to covering the affected customer assets using company resources and its protection fund. Approximately $3 billion in stolen assets has been frozen, although frozen assets are not the same as recovered funds.
Reports also indicate that substantial customer withdrawals followed the incident.
This is not something we should dismiss. Security failures of this magnitude have consequences for trust, liquidity and institutional confidence.
However, a serious operational breach does not automatically mean the entire financial system surrounding an exchange is about to collapse.
That distinction is critical.
For now, the market has experienced a historic shock without an immediate industry-wide breakdown.
The real test is whether this resilience continues after the initial headlines fade.
2. CAPITULATION, FEAR AND THE PSYCHOLOGY OF MARKET BOTTOMS
The most interesting aspect of the recent sell-off is not simply the price decline.
It is the psychological environment surrounding it.
Investors are exhausted.
Confidence has deteriorated.
Every bounce is questioned, every recovery is treated with suspicion, and every negative headline reinforces the belief that something worse must be coming.
This is exactly the type of environment in which markets can begin forming important bottoms.
Not because fear guarantees a reversal.
But because sustained selling eventually requires sustained supply.
Once weaker holders have exited, the market can become increasingly sensitive to renewed buying demand.
Recent market commentary has pointed to significant short-term-holder selling, realized losses, weak momentum readings, and pressure on important technical support levels.
Those are potential signs of capitulation, although they still require confirmation from on-chain data and price action.
Remember something important:
A market bottom rarely feels comfortable while it is forming.
If everybody felt safe, confident and optimistic, we would probably not be discussing capitulation in the first place.
The market has a remarkable ability to make the majority uncomfortable at precisely the moments when patience matters most.
3. BITCOIN — THE THREE AREAS THAT MATTER
Forget the noise for a moment.
The structure is what matters.
$75,000–$76,000 | The critical defensive zone
This is the most important downside region in my current framework.
It sits around a closely watched weekly support area and near the recent panic low.
The zone could attract significant liquidity, which also means sharp wicks and false breakouts are possible.
A temporary move below support would not necessarily confirm a structural breakdown.
However, sustained daily closes below this region would materially weaken the bullish recovery thesis.
In that scenario, the $67,000–$69,000 area becomes a potential deeper downside target.
$80,000–$81,000 | The first recovery test
Former support can become resistance.
That is precisely the problem bulls now need to solve.
A convincing recovery above this area, followed by acceptance and successful retests, would suggest buyers are regaining control.
Until then, rallies remain vulnerable to rejection.
$82,000 | The bullish confirmation area
A sustained reclaim of $82,000 would strengthen the argument that the recent sell-off was a temporary disruption rather than the beginning of a broader structural decline.
But I do not want to see a single impressive candle.
I want to see confirmation.
Price acceptance. Stronger momentum. Buyers defending reclaimed levels.
The longer Bitcoin remains below its former support structure, the more important it becomes to respect the downside risk.
4. ALTCOINS — A POTENTIAL CHANGE IN CHARACTER
One development worth monitoring is the relative behavior of altcoins.
During previous periods of Bitcoin weakness, many altcoins experienced disproportionately aggressive selling.
Recently, some have appeared comparatively resilient even as Bitcoin revisited lower price levels.
This is not universal, and it does not mean the altcoin market has definitively bottomed.
But relative strength can be informative.
If Bitcoin retests its lows while a broad selection of altcoins refuses to establish meaningful new lows, that could indicate declining selling pressure.
It would become more convincing if accompanied by improving market breadth, rising spot volumes and stronger performance relative to BTC.
The strongest opportunities often begin developing before the broader market feels confident again.
Nevertheless, relative strength is a signal to monitor, not permission to abandon risk management.
5. THE MIDTERM ELECTIONS — ANOTHER VOLATILITY CATALYST
Tomorrow, November 3, the United States holds its midterm elections.
The outcome will determine the composition of Congress and could influence expectations around fiscal policy, regulation and the administration's ability to advance its legislative agenda.
For markets, the immediate issue is uncertainty.
Political events can trigger significant repricing, particularly when investors are already positioned defensively or liquidity is thin.
We also have major corporate earnings and continuing macroeconomic developments influencing broader risk appetite.
That creates an environment in which sharp movements in either direction are entirely possible.
A sudden rally does not necessarily confirm a trend reversal.
A final downside liquidity sweep does not necessarily invalidate the longer-term bull case.
I would rather miss the first percentage points of a confirmed move than aggressively anticipate a reversal that has not yet materialized.
There is no requirement to trade every market event.
Sometimes the most valuable position is patience.
6. THE BIGGER PICTURE — CRYPTO IS MORE THAN A SPECULATIVE TRADE
While traders focus on short-term volatility, something much larger continues to develop beneath the surface.
The transformation of financial infrastructure.
Tether reported approximately $1.5 billion in net operating profit for the third quarter of 2026, with around $184 billion in USDT outstanding.
These figures demonstrate the scale that stablecoin infrastructure has already achieved.
And yet, significant parts of traditional finance still approach blockchain primarily as a speculative asset class rather than as financial infrastructure.
That gap between existing adoption and potential future integration remains important.
Stablecoins, tokenized assets, settlement infrastructure and blockchain-based financial services are no longer purely theoretical concepts.
They are operating businesses with real economic activity.
Of course, adoption will not happen overnight, and regulatory, technical and operational challenges remain substantial.
But the long-term investment thesis should not be confused with the direction of the next daily candle.
A temporary market correction does not automatically reverse a multi-year technological transition.
7. AI, CAPITAL ROTATION AND THE NEXT MARKET NARRATIVE
Another development I am monitoring is the concentration of investor attention around artificial intelligence.
Capital frequently moves toward sectors demonstrating the strongest momentum, most compelling narratives and highest recent returns.
That is not unique to retail investors.
Institutional portfolios can also become heavily concentrated in popular investment themes.
If expectations around AI growth, valuations or returns begin to normalize, portfolio allocations could change.
Digital assets may benefit from renewed attention if their relative performance, fundamentals and liquidity conditions improve.
But that rotation is not guaranteed.
An AI sell-off could initially damage crypto as well if investors reduce risk across their portfolios.
The more interesting longer-term question is whether blockchain-based finance can increasingly attract capital on the strength of its own economic utility rather than relying entirely on speculative market cycles.
I believe that transition deserves far more attention than it currently receives.
8. WHY I AM BULLISH — AND WHY I AM NOT RUSHING
My broader thesis remains constructive.
The market has experienced an extraordinary security incident, aggressive negative headlines and widespread uncertainty.
Yet we have not seen the immediate, sustained breakdown that many might have expected from an event of this magnitude.
That matters.
But historical events also remind us that the full consequences of a major shock do not always appear immediately.
The Bybit incident in 2025 demonstrated how weakness can continue after the initial reaction.
We cannot assume that the first bounce marks the final bottom.
My preferred scenario is that Bitcoin establishes a durable base around the current support region, gradually absorbs the remaining supply, and eventually reclaims the $80,000–$82,000 structure.
That would provide a stronger foundation for a renewed bullish advance.
The alternative is a sustained loss of $75,000–$76,000, which would require reassessing the recovery scenario and preparing for deeper downside.
Both possibilities deserve respect.
This is not the environment for emotional conviction without confirmation.
It is the environment for discipline.
Being early is not the same as being right. And being bullish does not require being permanently exposed.
9. THE PROFESSOR'S FINAL OUTLOOK
Markets have a habit of testing conviction before rewarding it.
They create uncertainty when investors want clarity.
They produce fear when confidence is already fragile.
And they frequently punish those who mistake activity for opportunity.
Right now, we are watching a market caught between two competing forces:
A historic negative shock that has not yet produced a sustained systemic collapse, and a technical structure that still needs meaningful repair.
I believe the longer-term opportunity in digital assets remains substantial.
I also believe the next phase of this market will be determined by how effectively Bitcoin absorbs selling pressure and rebuilds its technical foundation.
My outlook remains bullish over the medium to longer term, conditional on the market stabilizing and reclaiming key levels.
But I am not interested in forcing a trade simply to prove that thesis.
We wait. We observe. We protect capital. We act when the market gives us a reason.
The biggest mistake right now would be confusing patience with weakness.
Fear is everywhere.
Conviction is being tested.
The next important move is still being prepared.
And remember:
It is always darkest before the dawn.
Stay patient. Stay disciplined. Stay sharp.

Btw, this is just the first version.
The ChamberFi team is already developing a native Stop-Loss solution directly on Hyperliquid EVM.
ChamberFi Vault Community Update 💪🏻
Great news regarding the long-awaited Stop-Loss functionality!
I've now completed the entire setup on my end, integrating the GitHub-based SL Keeper provided by the ChamberFi team with my Telegram bot.
Once deployed, this will allow me to manage Stop-Loss instructions directly through Telegram, giving us much more flexibility and control over our positions.
Everything is ready on my side.
We're now just waiting for ChamberFi to deploy the code and complete the final testing.
This is a major step forward for the Vault and our trading strategy.
Can't wait to finally get this live! 🔥

Good afternoon again.
REALLY IMPORTANT UPDATE AND A VERY CLEAR MESSAGE.
Everyone who has been following me for a while knows one thing about me: I know how to stay calm in absolute panic, navigate through the storm and come out stronger, both financially and mentally.
I've done it countless times before.
But there's something important you need to understand about the current situation and why I'm acting differently from how I normally would.
The biggest limitation right now is technical, not strategic.
Normally, when markets reach critical levels, I have several ways to manage exposure, protect positions and capitalize on volatility.
1. Hedging at key levels
This is one of my most important tools. Normally, I would open a short against an existing long to hedge my exposure.
However, the Vault currently doesn't support this. Opening a short would simply reduce or close the existing long instead of creating a separate hedge.
2. Shorting major resistance levels
In the current market environment, opening shorts without a stop-loss is simply not a risk I'm willing to take.
We've already experienced an extended downtrend, prices are heavily exhausted, and we could be approaching a major bottom.
Imagine shorting near the bottom without the ability to protect your position.
You can ride out a long position, but if you're massively wrong on a short, you can kiss your entire account goodbye.
3. Scalping shorter moves
Exactly the same problem.
Without a functioning stop-loss, I cannot properly manage short-term positions, move stops to breakeven or protect profits once a trade moves in our favor.
And this is precisely where a significant part of my usual trading strategy becomes unavailable.
It's like entering an arena with a knife while everyone else is carrying machine guns.
Trading is already difficult enough. Remove your most important risk-management tools, and it becomes exponentially harder.
SO WHAT AM I DOING ABOUT IT?
Absolutely nothing.
And that's where my real strength comes into play.
I'm accepting the situation exactly as it is and making the best possible decision under the current circumstances.
Doing nothing and waiting for confirmation.
I know that might sound frustrating, especially when we're sitting on unrealized losses.
But my responsibility isn't to entertain you with constant trades. My responsibility is to make decisions that give us the best chance of making money over time.
Look around.
People are getting absolutely destroyed in this market. Not just losing a few percent, but wiping out entire accounts because they cannot control their emotions, their leverage or their exposure.
Are we underwater? Yes.
Have I been underwater before? Countless times.
Have I navigated through situations like this and come out stronger? Absolutely.
And no, none of this is an excuse.
I'm explaining exactly what's happening, what my limitations are and why I'm making these decisions.
Regarding ChamberFi and the stop-loss functionality:
I was explicitly told yesterday that the functionality would be available that same day.
Unfortunately, it still isn't.
That's extremely frustrating, especially because this is preventing me from executing the strategies I would normally use in these conditions.
I hope it becomes available soon, but I won't pretend to have a confirmed timeline.
Once it's operational, things change significantly.
I can finally execute proper scalps, protect positions with stop-losses, move stops to breakeven and manage exposure much more dynamically.
Even if I get a major move completely wrong, proper risk management allows me to limit the damage.
If a position initially moves 3% in our favor, I can potentially secure it at breakeven and eliminate much of the downside risk.
That's the difference between controlled trading and blind exposure.
And here's another important point.
I explained the exact scenario approximately one hour before it unfolded.
I wasn't surprised by the move.
I understood the risk.
And I deliberately chose not to act because, given the available tools, doing nothing was the best decision.
PATIENCE IS NOT WEAKNESS. IT'S DISCIPLINE.
Better times will come, and I'll probably repeat that another thousand times if necessary.
Nobody fucking cares how difficult the journey was once you've reached your destination.
Nobody cares how many storms you survived, how many times you were underwater or how uncomfortable the process became.
What matters is where you end up.
We're here to make money.
And in trading, making serious money requires more than identifying the right direction.
It requires discipline, emotional control, patience and the ability to survive when everyone else is losing their minds.
This game is not for the weak.
I'm not going to force trades just because the market is moving.
I'm not going to play without the tools I need.
And I'm certainly not going to abandon my strategy because of temporary pressure.
I will wait. I will adapt. And when the right opportunity comes, I will act.
Stay calm. Stay sharp. Stay rational.

Quick Update on $BTC & ethereum:native
November 5, 2026
Yesterday’s move looked clean.
ethereum:native is starting to show relative strength against $BTC, historically a strong signal that a serious bull run could be brewing.
$BTC also respected the 200 EMA perfectly.
That said, I’m still doing absolutely nothing in terms of the Vault.
We shouldn't be far away from introducing stop-losses (SL), which will finally allow us to mix in scalping strategies and shorter-term trades.
This will give us much more flexibility to take advantage of short-term opportunities while managing risk, either by securing profitable positions with stop-losses moved to breakeven (SL BE) or by using predefined stop-loss levels.
Key levels I’m watching:
$BTC: $82,000 to $84,000
ethereum:native: $2,450 to $2,600
A confirmed breakout followed by higher highs would be the ultimate bullish confirmation, opening the door to significantly higher targets.
Spot vs. Leverage
For spot investors, I believe current levels offer an attractive accumulation opportunity, provided you can handle short-term volatility.
For leveraged positions, especially swing trades, we're getting close, but I'm still waiting for the trigger.
There is absolutely no reason to force an entry.
Two scenarios remain on the table:
1. The Bull Trap
The current move could simply be the right shoulder of a larger head-and-shoulders pattern on the daily chart.
Another classic bull trap before one final flush lower.
2. The Bottom Is Already In
The market may have already printed its bottom, and we could be witnessing the early stages of the next major expansion.
However, I’ll only start taking this scenario seriously once $BTC reclaims $84,000 and ethereum:native holds above $2,600 with conviction. ( Daily Candle closed )
Until then, we wait.
These are what I call DEATH ZONES, the dangerous areas between confirmation levels where almost every impulsive decision gets punished.
Don't diddle in the middle.
There is no prize for being the first one in.
Either way, I remain HYPER BULLISH on the bigger picture.
My prediction hasn't changed: a massive move to the upside is coming.
Whether we see one final low or yesterday marked the beginning of the reversal doesn't change my outlook.
I don't need to catch the exact bottom. I want to catch the move that matters.
Patience is not weakness. It's positioning.
We wait. We confirm. Then we attack.

INSIGHT: Bitcoin’s last THREE cycle bottoms came shortly after the U.S. midterm elections.
2014 → 71 days later
2018 → 39 days later
2022 → 13 days later
The next U.S. midterm election is TOMORROW, November 3rd.
We are living in a simulation.
November 8, 2022: US Midterms. FTX collapses.
November 3, 2026: US Midterms. Binance hack.
Four years later. Same timing. Same chaos.
Coincidence? You tell me.
History doesn't repeat itself. It rhymes.
What’s next for $BTC?
The Binance hack is already priced in.
Patience. Valhalla is closer than you think.
The market is sending a message. Most people aren’t listening.
Massive fear. Catastrophic headlines. Another potential black swan.
And yet, crypto barely flinches.
Think about that.
If even extreme fear fails to trigger a meaningful sell-off, someone is absorbing the pressure.
That’s the kind of market behavior I want to see before a major reversal.
Fear is running out of ammunition.
The Professor
FORCED CAPITULATION.
Absolutely fucking beautiful for the bigger picture.
Exactly what we need before the bull market continues.
Go ahead. Short the fear. Blow up your account.
GREEN DAYS ARE COMING.
Full-blown capitulation now. Full-blown PUMP loading next.
And if you seriously believe the narrative they’re feeding you, you probably still believe in Santa Claus.
Fear isn’t an accident. It’s a weapon.
They create panic. They manufacture uncertainty. They make you sell at the worst possible moment.
The same psychological playbook. Just like during COVID.
Shake out the weak hands. Accumulate the fear. Then send it to Valhalla.
MAXIMUM FEAR. MAXIMUM OPPORTUNITY.
The Professor sees through the bullshit.
Very relaxed.
Good times ahead🫡
For the past few days, I’ve simply been sitting on the sidelines, letting the storm play out.
One of the most important skills in trading is knowing when to do absolutely nothing.
Right now, both bulls and bears are getting trapped. I’m simply waiting for confirmation.
And when the time comes, I’ll attack at full speed.
Sometimes, winning means doing nothing while everyone else is panicking.
Yes, there are drawdowns. But hell, we’re in crypto. Massive volatility comes with massive opportunities.
The goal isn’t to win every single day. It’s to be positioned when the real money is made.
My view? We’re potentially just one final wick away from full capitulation.
And I’m not talking about another small daily flush followed by more sideways action. I’m talking about the kind of capitulation that sets the stage for a complete market reversal.
My base case is one final aggressive shakeout, followed by 3–5 days of relative calm.
And then? The next storm begins.
Only this time, in the opposite direction.
Now, if we break above $2,800 first and confirm that breakout, it would suggest that capitulation has already happened. Personally, I don’t think that’s the most likely scenario right now.
But here’s the important part:
It doesn’t matter whether I’m right about the exact short-term market direction. I need to be right about the bigger picture and execute accordingly.
I see two potential scenarios where I’ll attack aggressively:
We flush towards $2,100, followed by a confirmed reversal.
We break above $2,800 and successfully retest that level.
No messing around in the middle with high-leverage positions.
For spot holders, perfect timing is much less important. You have more flexibility to sit through volatility and temporary drawdowns without the liquidation risks associated with leverage.
And one more thing:
I honestly can’t wait for ChamberFi to implement proper stop-loss functionality.
Once it’s available, I plan to introduce scalp trades alongside my existing swing-trading strategy in the vault.
The idea is simple: Capture smaller opportunities between the major market moves while continuing to position for the bigger swings.
That should make the vault more active and hopefully more entertaining to follow, without forcing trades when there’s no clear opportunity.
Patience when there’s nothing to do. Aggression when the opportunity is there.
That’s the game. And I absolutely love playing it.

I told you. Patience will pay off.
I’m still doing absolutely NOTHING because it’s the only strategy that makes sense right now.
No longs. No shorts. No trades.
Sitting on my hands. Staying patient.
The market is the devil. It will take everything from you if you let emotions take control.
Stay clean. Stay sharp. Stay disciplined.
Everyone who went heavily long and got overexposed is getting absolutely destroyed right now.
I’ve been warning you for weeks.
DO NOTHING. SIT ON YOUR HANDS.
Our time will come.
My words are becoming more powerful with every move down. The current dump is proving exactly why patience matters.
Potential bear trap. Panic fueled by the Binance rumors.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again:
I WILL BE RIGHT IN THE END.
And more than that. We will print money
