10 months before it happened. Unfortunately I can’t run a split test in a parallel universe as a control so it can’t really be proven. For me the idea was obvious, it could have been so for others too.

Regulation isn’t greening industry, it’s just moving them overseas to countries that don’t care. If you want Europe to do its part it should be paid by the consumer (carbon VAT) and it should include carbon capture rather than just forcing everything on industry which puts it at a structural disadvantage to the rest of the world.
