“BlueChip laptops will be manufactured in the United States, with circuit board assembly planned for Anduril's Arsenal-1 facility in Ohio.” 🔥
New PC build. It’s not sota but it’s fast enough coming from an M1 iMac 16GB!
• Ryzen 9 5950X + 64GB DDR4 + 1TB NVME
• RTX 5060 Ti 16GB (primary) & RTX A4000 16GB
WOW IT'S FIXED! 🎉
The Supermicro M12SWA-TF (WRX80) wouldn't boot with any of my Blackwell GPUs: RTX 5060 Ti or RTX Pro 6000. It was just stuck in a boot loop giving code 91.
It's a BIOS MMIO placement bug, and it's fixable from Linux. Technical thread:👇
Upping this bounty to $100. XMoney only sorry, for safety. I'll deliver if you lead to a fix.
Confirmed, the M12SWA-TF gets to POST code 91, and reboots. Happens with a RTX 5060 Ti 16GB and also an RTX 6000 Pro.
Then I put in a Radeon 6600XT and it boots, no prob.
So this fix is really hard to capture into a tweet so I apologize and will try to find a place to publish it.
What the script does:
1. Reads the BIOS's saved PCIe window sizes (ResourceSizeForEachRb EFI var)
2. Finds the GPU's entry (the one with 64MB alignment)
3. Backs up the original
4. Sets it to 128MB, which always fits an aligned 64MB BAR
5. Writes it back in one shot and verifies
Symptom: POST retries about every 70s. POST codes via the BMC show PCI enumeration (0x94/0x95) but it reboots before resource assignment (0x96).
Cause: the BIOS sizes each PCIe root bridge's 32-bit MMIO window correctly but doesn't align its start. Blackwell's BAR0 is 64MB and needs 64MB alignment.
Opus is now in redfish watching the boot codes... this is serious.
"...then I spot 0xB6 (Clean-up of NVRAM) appearing [...] That 0xB6 right before a reset back to early SEC/PEI codes strongly suggests the system is resetting immediately after PCI enumeration completes..."

Come on! This is real money. I now have Opus 5.5 remotely driving the bios over the BMC console. It’s got a plan.

If your tip leads to solving my problem, I'll XMoney you $50.
I have a brand new M12SWA-TF and I can't get it to POST with a GPU installed. Its on bios 2.4a, 2500W PSU, tried 1-2 RTX Pro 6000, and a RTX 5060 Ti.
I pull the cards and it boots linux (I can see thru BMC).
I wanted to build RemiFM's design, but to shave some costs, I wanted to go from 6 to 4-layers, bring all parts to the top, expose more GPIO, and panelize. So I used my PCB assistant form to help get this done very quickly.

I’m going to order this board, work out a few bugs with the app(s), and then open source it.
I can get 2 panels, with 4 boards each, populated with everything except for the LiDAR module ($50/ea) and the MCU (not in stock at JLC). But I can get the MCU for $2 at DigiKey and do that on my hot plate.
This is all for fun and prototyping!
