I've been digging into @2FactorFinance and I think the interesting part isn't just the product, it's the financial design behind it.
Most leverage products are built for traders.
You borrow, pay funding, manage liquidation risk and hope the position works before costs start eating into returns.
2Factor is trying to build leverage for a completely different use case:
long term holding.
The protocol splits exposure into two tranches:
BTC-Jr: takes more of the upside/downside and gets moderate leveraged exposure.
BTC-Sr: takes the more defensive side and earns yield from the premium paid by Junior.
So instead of leverage being funded by short sellers or traditional dealers, you effectively create a market between:
people who want more exposure
and
people who want yield.
What I like most is that they're not trying to sell 10x leverage.
The target is closer to 1.33x, with a focus on long term compounding and capital efficiency.
That's a much more interesting way to think about leverage IMO.
They've started with cbBTC on Base but if this structure works, the same model could eventually be applied to many other assets.
They also have Season 1 live right now, where users can earn Marks through educational tasks, social activity and referrals.
There’s also a leaderboard with cbBTC rewards for top participants.
Definitely one of the DeFi designs I'm watching closely.

Yet the YES odds for a Jumper TGE before the end of 2026 are still sitting at just 81% on Polymarket.
That’s roughly a 19% potential return on your stake with less than 2 months to go.
Of course, nothing is guaranteed but the market seems to be leaving a pretty interesting opportunity on the table.

Most people think more leverage = more profit.
But that's not how long term investing works👀

The idea is pretty simple:
Too little leverage? You're potentially leaving returns on the table.
Too much leverage? Volatility starts destroying your long term growth.
Somewhere in between, there's a sweet spot.
And that's exactly what 2Factor is exploring with its BTC-Jr product, targeting around 1.33x BTC exposure.
Not 10x.
Not 50x.
Just a calculated level of leverage designed for long term compounding.
Of course, the optimal ratio depends on market assumptions and even moderate leverage can amplify losses.
But I really like the philosophy here.
Maybe the smartest way to grow your Bitcoin exposure isn't taking the biggest risk. It's finding the right amount of risk.

شاید اولین چیزی ک بعد از شنیدن اسم کامیونیتی ب گوش هرکسی میخوره این باشه ک تعدادی جمع شدند دور هم و ی بخور بخوری راه افتاده. برای خود من هم همیشه همین بوده.
ما با استفاده از خلاف این داستان بنیان گیگا رو پایهگذاری کردیم. حرف همیشه هست، ببینید کی داره کار میکنه و حداقل تلاش میکنه کمکی بکنه. و ما تنها نیستیم. خیلی ها دارن زحمت میکشن و عضوی از گیگا نیستند و یا شاید حتی با خود بنده مشکل داشته باشند، حضور تک تک چ بین ما و چ بین کامیونیتی هایی کدوستان سالهاست براش زحمت کشیدن و برای این بچه ها پول ساختند برای ما باارزشه. کسایی ک ساعت ها پشت سیستم نشستند و خیره ب تایملان توییتر ک شاید بتونند برای شما آلفا رو سریعتر از اون WASHED KOL یی ک فقط میخواد شما رو فارم کنه براتون اشتراک کنند. ایندوستان عتیقه هستند و ارزشمند. (اینکه پروژه هایی ک میان قوی نیستند هم جزوی از درکمتقابلی هست ک ما از کامیونتیی داریم و کامیونیتی از ما میخواد. اینجا تقصیری بر گردن هیچکس نیست. شانس پارامتر تاثیر گذاریه.)

اگر از اول میدونستیم اینقدر دشواری قرار هست بکشیم خیلی هامون ملحق نمیشدیم و یا شاید هرگز شروع نمیکردیم.
هر بُعدی رو بهش نگاه کنی میبینی کار فوقالعاده سختیه. ولی خب ماهم ادم جا زدن نیستیم. و از طرفی خوشحال کردن(راضی کردن) تعداد زیادی کاربر / اعضای گیگا / کامیونیتی با تعداد اندکی وایت لیستی ک هر پروژه میده واقعا کار دشواریه. و ما بسیار قدردان درک متقابل شما هستیم.
