What is pstack (PEE-stack)? A portable skill pack for agent work. Playbooks + principles that run in Cursor, Grok Bots, and elsewhere. Freeform chat agents answer. This one pushes you to verify though. Anyone running the pstack / poteto-mode pack outside Cursor yet?

When to use Grok Bot or BDK? Grok Bot: when the job changes each time. It works things out as it goes. It can build stuff with you too. BDK: when a bot must follow the same steps every time. Code sets the steps, and the AI only makes the calls you allow. Cheat sheet below.

Good parts: Grok Bot handles messy, changing jobs and you can steer it while you chat. BDK does the same thing the same way every time, and you can test it before anyone relies on it. Drawbacks: because Grok Bot works things out as it goes, two runs can turn out a bit different. BDK needs coding skills, and you have to keep it running and fix it when it breaks. With both, you pay for the AI's reading and thinking.

What is BDK? It's Cursor's Bot Development Kit. You build an AI bot as code: a folder of instructions and small tools that lives with your project. Cursor runs the AI part, and you test and ship the bot like any other code. Cheat sheet below.

Good parts: the bot's rules and tools are plain files, so your team can read them, check every change and roll back a bad one. You can test the bot before it goes live, and run it on Cursor's servers or your own. Drawbacks: you need to write some code, so it's harder than setting up a bot by chatting. You also have to keep it running and fix it when it breaks, and you still pay for the AI's reading and thinking.

What is Krea? It's a website where you make AI pictures, video, 3D objects and sound in one place. You pick from 60 plus AI makers, including Krea's own, describe what you want, and pay with credits. The free plan refills a few credits every day. Cheat sheet below.

Good parts: lots of AI picture and video makers sit behind one sign-in and one wallet, so you can try a few and keep the best. The free plan gives you some every day, and new makers show up fast. Drawbacks: every try costs credits, and the good video makers need a paid plan. With so many choices, it can be hard to know which one to pick.

⌨️ Grok Build 1.0.70 (stable) is out! - Running sessions no longer break when an update deletes their binary - Dashboard /resume lists sessions from every folder - GROK_DISABLE_EXPERIMENTS turns off every [[experiments]] entry @build

Also in 1.0.70: - Vim navigation is one setting: [keys] vim (off or nav), or /vim-mode - grok doctor flags leftover [ui] vim_mode or retired [ui] simple_mode keys - Worktree create fails cleanly when it can't copy files - Quitting Grok returns you to your shell sooner

Tip to save on Grok Bot tokens Ask Grok Bot to put all your routines run by all your bots in a dashboard This makes it easier to see which ones you still need and which ones you can turn off Disable unnecessary routines to save on tokens

Grok Bot can now save your logins, cards, and contact information. Add them once, and Bot securely remembers them for the future.

🧪 This week in Grok Build alpha (1.0.68 to 1.0.69) • Dashboard `/resume` lists sessions from every folder • Worktree create and fork list files that failed to copy • Vim navigation is one setting: `[keys] vim` Try alpha: `grok update --alpha` @build

Also this week: • Dashboard folders get a header with path and agent count • Running sessions survive an update deleting their binary • Quitting returns you to your shell sooner • `grok doctor` flags the old `[ui] vim_mode` key and retired `[ui] simple_mode`

What is the differences between Grok Bot's computer vs Cursor Cloud Agents? High level items below.
1
12
Good parts: Grok Bot remembers your setup, so one bot can pick up where another left off. Cloud agents start clean every time, so one task can't mess up another, and you can run lots of them at once. Drawbacks: on Grok Bot everything is shared, so every bot can use anything you put on it. Cloud agents start from nothing, so they need your project set up to work well. With both, you pay for the AI's reading and thinking.

What is Noite? It's a small app platform you run on your own server, built on celld. You push your code and your app goes live, with logs, a dashboard and sign-in already included. Cheat sheet below. @ryuzdev correct me if wrong🙂

Good parts: you own the whole thing, so you only pay for a rented server and storage. Many apps built for Cloudflare can move over as they are. Apps nobody is using go to sleep and wake up when someone visits. If you lose the server, a fresh install can rebuild itself from your storage. Drawbacks: it's still early testing, so expect rough edges. You have to look after the server yourself. Some Cloudflare features won't work, and its own guide says to be careful before letting people you don't fully trust put their code on it.
