Public notice — Nov. 5, 2026 You may have seen claims online that items from my Poshmark store, Closet Freakk, are not authentic. Those claims are false. Every item I sell is genuine and documented. Because of these attacks on my business, I've paused it while I address this through the proper channels. I'll be back. If you have any information about these claims, about the store or about me personally, my DMs are open. That includes: • Direct messages, texts, or emails you received from anyone about me or my store • Group chats, Discord/Telegram/WhatsApp threads, or private groups where I was discussed • Posts, replies, quote posts, or comments, including ones that have since been deleted • Screenshots, screen recordings, or voice notes • Anything you were asked to say, do, or post about me or my store. Please don't delete anything, and keep it exactly as it is. Screenshots with dates and usernames are most helpful. Anything you share with me stays private. About my family This matter is between me and the people who made these claims, and it is being handled through legal process. My family has nothing to do with it. Threatening my family to make me give up my legal rights is a serious crime in Michigan, and I will not be silenced by it. Those threats have been preserved and are in the hands of my attorneys and the appropriate authorities. My legal team is documenting everyone who has made, encouraged, previewed, or cheered on them, and I will use every lawful means available, criminal and civil, to protect my family and my business, in the United States or in any other country, where I have worked with the authorities before and will again. If you see any reference to planned or ongoing harassment of my family, on X, in texts, group chats, or any other platform, please DM it to me. And if you yourself are being pressured, threatened, or harassed because of my dispute with these individuals, please let me know. You are not alone in that, and you don't have to carry it quietly. Why would I apologize You, Kristy Shnayder know on x as @SloanePetebg2x and a minimum of 50 burner accounts plus. Who would apologize to the people that are committing crimes against them and continue to do so?! Why are you Kristy Shnayder trying to remove yourself & disassociate from the defaming of me and my business, posting my items, claiming I’m a fraud and stealing peoples hard earned money to impress others. Both of you accusing me of numerous federal crimes. You both meaning (Kristy Cetrone & Nicole Caprino) have stalked, harassed , threatened my family. Criminal cyber stalking, cyber harassment and so many laws you broke. You posted many times my items were unauthentic as well. You (Kristy Shnayder) of Sharon, Massachusetts and Nicole Caprino, of Owensboro, KY did that and countinue to do that (All posts and pics have been archived). You, Kristy Shnayder text many people with the same accusations against me (all which I have the text communications). When those people wouldn’t comply with your demands to try and cause harm to me and my family you proceeded to threaten to “burn them “ You posted my items I believe first. Are you trying to weasel out of this and pin everything on your best friend Nicole Caprino @objectionokay ? Is that what you’re attempting Kristy Shnayder ?! This is a yes or no question?
