I still stand by this. If Loki doesn't show decent feats in a 1v1 against Imu, he's officially weaker than Luffy and Old Gaban.
Just because Loki used a flashy move and Imu sparred with him and entertained him doesn't mean Loki is stronger. LOL.

1. Blueno's DF would put Luffy in a different dimension.
2. Robin's DF would let him sprout limbs on his opponents.
3. Sugar's DF would turn them into dolls.
He just needs these three DFs to mid diff everyone.
So Luffy stops maybe at Ichigo but definitely at Goku

But there's still a possibility that Zoro and Sanji have surpassed her, so I don't mind putting them above Yamato

One of my favorite ways to scale Luffy’s travel speed to LS
Base Luffy states that light beams are slow, while G4 blitzed Doffy from a distance, despite Doffy having superior Obs Haki to that version of Luffy.
And Wano Base Luffy eclipsed that same G4.
