She won the election and declared in Parliament that she was a "Doctor," yet the university from which she supposedly obtained the degree does not even exist. Back in 1989, in a Jadavpur colony, I saw the names of two "Doctors" on a wall: "Dr. Mamata Banerjee" and "Dr. Malini Bhattacharya." Dr. Malini Bhattacharya is a historian from Jadavpur University, whereas Dr. Mamata Banerjee claims to have a doctorate in Islamic History from a university that does not exist. So, I am not surprised by this kind of behaviour...Facing a potential election loss, she put a plaster cast on her leg and went around with it, chanting, "Khela Hobe". She deceived the people, walking around for two months with a cast on a leg that had no injury. She should apologise..."
