Leaving a cushy job at a big tech company can be really scary. A lot of people stay at a job just because it's comfortable, or because they are scared to leave. I'd like to share some tips that would have helped make my decision to join a startup less daunting:

If working on Stripe Atlas, Stripe Climate, philanthropy, and more seems like your jam, please apply! Particularly enthusiastic about people who *don’t* think they’d be an obvious fit. I’m happy to meet with anyone who asks for a Zoom / phone call to answer any questions!

A historic day. Congratulations to our new President @JoeBiden and our new Vice President @KamalaHarris. Now we must begin creating justice, healing our planet, and improving the material conditions for all people. The work is on all of us to organize and build a better future.

He's gone. And now, it is up to us to drive out what he represents. He is lies and bigotry and injustice and tyranny embodied--and the work is only beginning to drive him out of our body politic. Joy, today. Resolve, tomorrow.

While today’s terrible display of terror and meanness shakes us, let’s remember: @ossoff, Jewish son of an immigrant & @ReverendWarnock, first Black Senator from Georgia, will join a Catholic POTUS & the first woman, Black + Indian VP in our nation’s capital. God bless America.

I am drawing up Articles of Impeachment. Donald J. Trump should be impeached by the House of Representatives & removed from office by the United States Senate. We can’t allow him to remain in office, it’s a matter of preserving our Republic and we need to fulfill our oath.

I just looked up my ballot online and saw it was rejected because of something re my signature. I called and was able to fix it with a series of identity confirming protocols. If you live in a state where you can check on your ballot online please do! I never would have known.

Here's where we are: 1. Local elections officials are taking the time necessary to make sure every eligible vote is counted. 2. Trump is losing and trying to crown himself the winner. 3. Voters choose the future. We fought for fairer elections and it’s working.
